中文摘要:21 世纪,档案馆进入了转型发展的新时期,信息时代网络迅速发展,促使 档案馆开始步入网络化、数字化时代。档案馆工作者作为信息和知识的载体,成 为档案馆转型发展的中坚力量。因此,积极关注档案馆工作者的主观幸福感,并 探索提高其主观幸福感的路径,有利于消除或缓解职业倦怠感带来的消极体验, 提高档案馆工作者的工作积极性,促进档案馆工作者和档案馆的共同发展。 本文以实证主义的研究方法,结合主观幸福感相关理论,对档案馆工作者的 主观幸福水平进行测度。通过建立主观幸福感量表,观察天津市档案馆工作者主 观幸福感的整体水平,寻找档案馆工作者主观幸福感的影响因素,探究主观幸福 感与绩效指标之间的相关性以及构建可以用来量化测量天津市档案馆工作者主 观幸福感的回归模型。数据结果表明,人口统计学变量、经济因素、工作满意度、 组织承诺等变量均对主观幸福感有影响,笔者通过构建多元回归模型发现经济 因素和健康状况对天津市档案馆工作者主观幸福感的影响力最大。 本研究的目的在于,通过实证研究得出的数据结论,找出影响档案馆工作者 主观幸福感的因素,鉴于此通过数据统计的结果,针对性的为档案馆管理层提出 相应的人力资源管理建议,包括树立人本主义的管理理念以及构建个性化的职 业生涯规划两部分。 
英文摘要:In the 21st century, China's archives have entered a new transformation development era. With the rapid development of network in the information era, the archives enter into network, digital age. Archivists who are as supporters of information and knowledge become the major motivation for transformation development. Therefore, in order to relieve or eliminate negative experience from their unconscious job burnout sense, we should pay more attention on archivists’ subjective well-being and find out some reasonable solutions. Only in this way can we reach a common development between archives and archivists. Combined with the related theories of subjective well-being, this paper expores the archivists’ subjective well-being in Tianjin archive with empirical research. Through the establishment of archivist’ subjective well-being scale, it tries to find related factors which could correctly affect archivists’ subjective well-being level, and to measure it, and eventually to get an evaluation index system able to evaluate their subjective well-being level. Based on data analysis, we found that human demography variable, economic factors and performance indicator all have significant impact on their SWB. Among all, economic factors and individual health are the most important explaining variables. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that affect the subjective wellbeing of archives workers through the data obtained from empirical research. In view of this, through the results of statistical data, targeted managers of archives is proposed for human resources management. The proposals include the establishment of human resource management and the construction of personalized career planning.
