| 中文摘要: | 摘要 进入21世纪以来,我国保险行业迅速发展,保费长期高速增长,为社会提供了不可或缺的风险保障。保险行业的快速发展,对保险市场的主要参与方----保险公司的管理能力提出了很高的要求。通过提高人力资源管理水平,进而提升企业核心竞争能力,成为各家保险公司的必然选择和努力的方向。这其中,支撑公司经营目标和发展战略的绩效考核体系的作用显得尤为重要。 论文在相关理论的指导下,从A财产保险公司员工绩效考核体系的现状入手,以多种研究方法分析其特点、发现存在的问题,并提出了相应的优化方案和保障措施,最终得出研究结论。 通过研究,论文得出的研究结论是:第一,绩效考核要素必须明确。第二,尊重原始考核结果,慎用强制分布法。第三,人力资源管理部门应该加强对绩效考核结果的应用研究和实践。第四,绩效考核体系优化的方案实施需要公司高层的大力支持。 论文框架包括导论和绩效考核相关理论综述,A保险公司背景和绩效考核体系现状及存在问题,优化方案及保障措施,研究结论等。论文试图探寻适合我国财产保险公司的绩效考核方法和技术,为提高我国保险行业人力资源管理水平做出一些贡献。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract As entering 21st century, Insurance industry has kept rapid growth in China market. In consequence, the fast growing insurance value offers an indispensable risk protection for the society. The fast growth of insurance industry also pushes increasingly high requirement on its key players: insurance companies. It has been an inevitable tendency that insurance companies impose great efforts to enhance their core competitiveness via improving human resource management. The performance evaluation process and system become especially important as they support the operation objectives and development strategies of the whole company. This paper is devoted to analyze the current performance evaluation system of A property insurance company with multi research methodologies, with the objective to list out its Strengths and Weaknesses, and provide an Optimized Solution with supporting measures as a conclusion. The paper has made the following conclusions:First, clearly define the key elements for performance evaluation. Second, respect the original feedback result, apply mandatory distribution with caution. Third, Human Resource department should enhance the study and application of performance evaluation results. Forth, the optimization plan needs strong support from top management. The paper mainly consists of the following sections: one page summary; performance evaluation theories; A property insurance company background & its performance evaluation system analysis; optimized solution & supporting measures and the paper conclusion. The paper is attempted to explore proper performance evaluation methodology for insurance industry in China market so as to level up its human resource management. | |
