中文摘要: | 战略是企业的灵魂,指明了企业的发展方向,企业要想实现自己的战略目标,起到至关重要作用的便是人才,企业的竞争,归根结底是人才的竞争,人力资源与其他资源比较,其重要性已越来越被企业所认同,吸引及保有人才,是企业在人力资源管理方面的首要任务。如何做好人力资源战略,具体搭建人力资源的体系,成为越来越多的企业在战略管理层面的重要任务之一,企业想要发展,人力资源战略就必须要承接企业战略。 本文首先对企业战略与人力资源战略经典理论进行回顾与分析,明确企业人力资源与战略的关系。其次,深入分析LY集团现状,通过对人力资源战略与企业战略的匹配性分析,明确指出LY集团人力资源管理存在的问题,并提出构建与战略相匹配的人力资源体系以解决这些问题。再次,提出构建与战略相匹配的人力资源体系的具体举措,主要从招聘和培训发展体系建设、薪酬和绩效体系设计方面进行优化,从招聘到激励,全方位建设人力资源管理体系,为人才的获取、保留、激励提供保障,为企业战略目标的实现提供强有力的支撑。最后,设计战略人力资源管理体系的保障机制,分别从组织、制度以及信息化三个方面进行设计,成立战略型人力资源管理小组,由董事长担任组长;建立各模块制度体系,从制度层面进行保障和约束;搭建信息化,将流程固化,确保人力资源管理体系能够落地实行,保障人力资源管理体系各模块工作有序开展。 本文深入分析了企业战略与人力资源战略的关系,并通过多种工具方法构建了与战略相匹配的人力资源管理体系,理论联系实际,具有较强的实操价值,对中小企业人力资源管理工作具有较强的指导意义。 | |
英文摘要: | Strategy is the soul of the enterprise, for the development of the enterprise pointed out the direction, the enterprise to achieve its strategic goals, talent play a vital role, the competition of the enterprise is, in the final analysis, the competition of talent, the acquisition and retention of talent is the first task of human resources management. How to do a good job in human resource strategy and how to build human resource system has become one of the important tasks of more and more enterprises in strategic management. This paper first reviews and analyses the classic theories of enterprise strategy and human resource strategy, and makes clear the relationship between human resource and strategy. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of LY group's human resources, and points out the problems of LY group's human resources management,, and proposed to build a human resources system that matches the strategy to solve these problems. Thirdly, it puts forward the concrete measures to construct the human resources system which match the strategy, mainly focuses on the recruitment and training development system, the compensation and performance system design,, from recruitment to incentive, building the human resources management system in all aspects, providing guarantee for attracting, retaining and motivating talents, and providing strong support for the realization of the enterprise strategic goal. Finally, the design and strategy of the human resources management system guarantee mechanism, from the organization, the system and the three aspects of information design; Set up system of each module, carry on safeguard and restraint from system level; Building information, the process solidified, ensure that the human resources management system can be implemented on the ground, ensure that the human resources management system of the various modules work orderly. This paper analyzes the relationship between enterprise strategy and human resource strategy in depth, and constructs the human resource management system which matches the strategy through a variety of tools. | |
