中文摘要:我国经济经过30多年的改革开放得到了巨大进步,而交通基础建设更是发生了天翻地覆的变化,高铁、高速公路、大型桥梁建设屡屡打破世界纪录,各地方已经把路桥基础设施建设作为拉动经济发展和改变城乡面貌优化经济发展环境的重要抓手,路桥企业也如雨后春笋般快速顺势成长。然而,人力资源管理的进步如果跟不上企业发展的脚步,就会成为路桥建设企业的发展瓶颈。众所周知,路桥企业为社会提供的主要产品是高质量的的道路桥梁建设项目,而优质工程的创建又离不开作为员工的辛勤劳作,因此路桥企业的人力资源管理工作的优劣对企业的工程建设有着决定性的影响,作为祥泰路桥的创立者和经营者,我迫切希望祥泰路桥能突破企业发展的人力资源管理瓶颈,实现员工和企业的快乐和谐成长,这也是我选择写本论文的主要原因。本论文结合科学管理理论、人力资源管理理论、激励理论,重点探索河南祥泰路桥公司人力资源管理的改善问题。祥泰路桥成立至今已经十一年,目前正处于企业寿命周期的成长期,企业虽然发展快速,但相关配套的各类制度越来越不能适应当今企业发展的要求。为了挖掘问题症结所在,本研究对公司全体员工进行了人力资源管理问卷调查和人力资源管理访谈,从绩效考核、薪酬福利、培训教育、职业生涯发展等角度对公司目前存在的问题进行了调查探索。论文最后根据所列问题结合相关理论给出了人力资源管理改善的建议,具体包括:建立岗位价值型薪酬分配体系、构建基于职业生涯发展的教育培训体系、建立以KPI为核心的员工业绩考核体系、建立多通道职位晋升体系谋求公司更好的发展。 
英文摘要:Chinese economy has gained tremendous progress after 30 year’s economic reform and the opening-up policy, especially the transpiration infrastructure construction, which has undergone earthshaking changes. High-speed railway, expressway and large bridge construction have repeatedly broken the world record. Many regions have regarded the road and bridge infrastructure constructions as one important element for promoting economic development, changing urban and rural situations and improving economic development environment. The road and bridge enterprises also meet the trend and spring up rapidly. However, if the progress of human resource management can’t keep pace with the enterprise development, it will become the development bottleneck of the road and bridge construction enterprise. As we all know, the main products that most road and bridge companies provide the society with are high-quality road and bridge construction projects, and the building of high-quality projects relies on the staff’s hard work. Therefore, the human resource management work of road and bridge enterprises plays a crucial role on the project construction of the company. As the founder and manager of Xiangtai Road and Bridge, I eagerly hope that our company can break through the human resource management bottleneck of the enterprise development and realize the happy and harmonious growth of the employees and the company, which is also the main reason why I write this thesis. This paper combines scientific management theory, human resource management theory, and incentive theory to focus on exploring the improvement of human resources management of Henan Xiangtai Road and Bridge Company. Xiangtai Road and Bridge Company has been established for eleven years and now it is in the growth period of the company's life cycle. Although the development of the company is fast, the various supporting systems are increasingly unable to meet the requirements of today's business development. In order to find out the crux of the problem, this study conducted a questionnaire survey of human resources management and human resources management interviews for all employees of the company and conducted investigations and explorations on the current problems of the company from the aspects of performance assessment, salary and benefits, training and education, and career development. This paper provided suggestions at the end on the improvement of human resources management based on the problems listed above and combining relevant theories, including establishing a position-value-based salary distribution system, building an education and training system based on career development, establishing a KPI-based employee performance assessment system, and a multi-channel job promotion system to achieve a better development of the company.
