中文摘要：	现代经济形态正由资源经济向知识经济转变；现代个体的发展正由关注信息获取向知识获取转变。由此，一个问题摆在眼前，如何利用知识传播满足知识供给方与知识需求方之间的知识供需平衡？知识供应链作为物料供应链的延展，整合了产、学、研各方的知识资源。对知识供应链的知识传播进行研究，可以满足传播中的知识供需平衡，帮助产、学、研各方提高知识创新能力，促进科技成果转化为现实生产力，最终加速知识的经济化进程。 本文融合管理科学，社会学，心理学，传播学，计算机科学等学科领域的知识和方法，结合定量和定性的方法，研究基于系统动力学的知识供应链的知识传播模型仿真与应用。知识供应链的知识传播系统是一个非线性、动态反馈的复杂系统。而系统动力学十分适用于研究具有非线性和多回路特点的复杂系统，因此，本文选用系统动力学方法研究知识供应链系统的问题。 本文在知识供应链和知识传播模型的研究成果和相关理论回顾的基础上，从知识供应链的角度，探讨知识传播的问题。围绕知识流展开对知识供应链中的知识传播主体及相关影响因素进行分析，然后利用Vensim5.4 软件构建了知识供应链中的知识传播系统动力学模型，探讨知识供应链中知识传播演化的一般发展规律。结合中国农村知识及经济发展水平现状，采用实地调研数据，建立模型，探讨知识传播在中国农村运作的复杂特征，对加快中国建设现代化农村具有现实意义。本文创新点有： 1、结合传统供应链的管理思想，站在知识供应链的角度，探讨知识传播的问题，这在中国研究的非常少。 2、将知识供应链中的知识传播现实运作过程抽象成描述准确、严谨的系统动力学模型，综合使用定量和定性的分析方法，进行详细分析。 3、依托对全国17个省农村现状实地调研的数据，仿真模拟中国农村地区知识传播，对仿真结果进行了深入分析并提出对策建议，对中国农村知识供需平衡管理具有实际意义。
英文摘要：	Modern economy is chancing from Resources economy to a knowledge-based economy; Individuals are paying more attention to knowledge acquirement rather than information acquirement. Therefore, a question is put forward to us like how to use knowledge diffusion to satisfy the balance between knowledge suppliers and knowledge demanders. Knowledge supply chain (KSC), as the extension of material supply chain, integrates knowledge resources of production, study and research, to accelerate the pace of knowledge creation inside and outside the organizations. Knowledge dissemination of KSC research satisfies the balance between supply and demand, help turn research results into productivity. Finally it'll accelerate the economization process. Based on the knowledge and methods of the field of management science, sociology, psychology, communication, computer science, combined quantitative and qualitative research techniques, this paper focused on the simulation model and application research of knowledge dissemination of Konwledge Supply Chain. KSC systerm is a nonlinear complex dynamic feedback system. System dynamics theory and methods are adapted to describing the characteristics of non-linear and multi-loop complex systems. So it is a suitable way to study the knowledge dissemination of KSC system by using system dynamics theory and methods. Through literature research, basic theoretical analysis and present situation research, this paper analyzed knowledge dissemination from the perspective of KSC. Around the knowledge flow, the researches on the main structure and dissemination elements were carried out. Then, we constructed the simulation model of knowledge dissemination by using Vensim 5.4 to explore the general development law. Finally, according to the status quo of China Rural development, the knowledge dissemination of China Rural was modeled to discuss how the KSC operated and what the complex feature were in rural area of our country by using the survey data we had collected. The contributions are as follows: 1、This paper analyzed knowledge dissemination from the perspective of KSC, integrating the theories and methods of traditional supply chain. 2、With the help of system dynamics, we abstracted the complex Reality into a specific model and analyzed it in detail, combined quantitative and qualitative research techniques. 3、By using the survey data we had collected from 17 provinces, the knowledge dissemination of China Rural was modeled to discuss how the KSC operated and what the complex feature were in rural area of our country. Then, we conducted a thorough analysis and put forward some suggestions. There was a practical significance for rapid development of China Rural.
