中文摘要:我国经济运行缓中趋稳、稳中向好,十三五期间,中央政府将全力支持各地交通运输行业的发展,以优化交通基础设施网络布局,以加快打造现代综合交通运输体系,国家将全力推进城市群建设,加快城镇化进程,城镇化的提速、城市群的深入实施将在基础设施、地产开发等领域创造出许多新的投资需求。中国承诺将加大对“一带一路”建设资金支持,用于支持“一带一路”基础设施建设、产能、金融合作。受上述利好政策的影响,中国建筑业投资领域存在着巨大的发展空间,同时也引发了行业日益激烈的市场竞争。 本研究以中国铁建投资集团有限公司为对象,运用企业战略管理的相关理论对中国铁建投资集团有限公司所处的内外部环境进行了深入地分析,在此基础上,明确了中国铁建投资集团有限公司的战略愿景、企业使命与战略目标,根据战略选择的结果,确定出中国铁建投资集团有限公司未来的发展战略,并将总体战略进一步细化为业务层战略与职能层战略,最后提出了战略实施的具体保障措施。本文的研究结论一方面可以帮助中国铁建投资集团有限公司有效抵御来自竞争对手的冲击,另一方面也可以为同类企业加强战略管理提供有益启迪。 本文运用SWOT法分析出目前中国铁建投资集团有限公司在管理团队、资金情况、营销网络、投资风险方面具有竞争优势,而竞争劣势则主要表现为缺乏专业化的投资人才、缺乏系统化的投资管理与运营体系、业务板块强弱分明。中国铁建投资集团有限公司所面临的市场机遇是行业发展前景良好、国企全面深化改革、中国经济稳中向好、国际市场魅力无限,而所遇到的主要威胁是全球经济增长疲软、行业竞争日益激烈、投资风险日益突显。在SWOT矩阵分析的基础上,结合中国铁建投资集团有限公司的实际情况, 中国铁建投资集团有限公司应采取激进型战略,进一步明确中国铁建投资集团有限公司使命、愿景及战略,最后提出了中国铁建投资集团有限公司战略总体思路,并详细明确了中国铁建投资集团有限公司的业务层战略与职能层战略。最后,本文从调整组织架构、完善人力管理、健全企业文化、强化投资管理、拓展融资渠道以及提升管理能力这六大方面提出了中国铁建投资集团有限公司战略实施的具体保障措施。
