中文摘要:摘 要市场经济成熟发展的今天,青岛市经济社会发展取得可喜成就。作为青岛市主导产业之一的化工行业也得到了较快的发展。青岛海湾集团有限公司(以下简称海湾集团)作为青岛市属化工行业的龙头企业之一,迎来了其发展历史上的退市进园、搬迁发展的战略转型期。在此重要的历史时期,如何转型发展?向哪里转型发展?这是关系到传统化工企业生存与发展的必答题。站在新时代历史的新起点,战略理论和绿色治理、转型发展理论是海湾集团转型发展的必然选择,必须向高质量发展转变,通过淘汰“能耗型、污染型、高排放”落后生产能力,实现健康绿色发展。在此理论指导下,海湾集团坚持老企业搬迁改造与新项目建设相结合,秉承“技术国际化、装备大型化、环境生态化、管理现代化”理念,坚持生产经营和搬迁发展双线并重,主动适应国际、国内环境的深刻变化,以市场为导向,以发展为根本,大力推进绿色清洁生产和安全环保工作,加快实施“一南一北”产业布局,打造具有国际一流、国内领先、产业结构特点明确、高产出、低消耗、少排放、能循环、可持续的资源节约型、环境友好型企业集团。海湾集团充分利用董家口港口及临港产业区的优势,探索实践了“液体化工品码头+仓储罐区+石化深加工产业区”三位一体发展战略,创造性地组建了液体化工码头及配套罐区,为传统化工产业转型发展提供了资源保障。与此同时,海湾集团以此为契机,紧紧抓住搬迁入园的有利时机谋划好产业转型发展,并依托土地、港口等资源优势最大限度地延伸产业链,规避企业发展过程中面临的威胁,培育具有较强市场竞争力产业集群,发展循环经济,建设生态企业。正是基于这样的战略选择,本文在企业发展战略和公司治理理论的指导下,对海湾集团今后应选择的传统化工产业转型发展战略问题进行了研究。本文共分为六章展开论述。第一章是绪论,主要阐述本论文研究背景、方法、内容、目的和意义。第二章主要是进行相关理论综述。第三章,主要阐述海湾集团内外部环境、SWOT分析与战略定位。第四章,主要论述海湾集团绿色转型发展战略实施策略。第五章,概述了海湾集团绿色转型发展战略保障措施。在论文的第六章,给出了本论文的结论。 关键词:海湾集团;绿色发展战略;转型;经济技术;公司治理 
英文摘要:Abstract Today, with the mature development of market economy, Qingdao's economic and social development has made gratifying achievements. As one of the leading industries in Qingdao, the chemical industry has also developed rapidly. Qingdao Haiwan Group Co., Ltd.(The following abbreviated to the Haiwan Group), as one of the leading enterprises in the chemical industry of Qingdao, ushered in the strategic transition period of its development history. In this important historical period, how to transform and develop? In which direction? This is a necessary answer to the survival and development of traditional chemical enterprises. At the new starting point of the history of the new era, the strategic theory and the theory of Green Governance and transformation and development are the inevitable choice for the transformation and development of the Haiwan Group. We must change to the high quality development, and realize the healthy green development by eliminating the backward production capacity of "energy consumption type, pollution type and high emission".Under the guidance of this theory, the Haiwan Group adheres to the combination of relocation and transformation of old enterprises and the construction of new projects, Adhering to the concept of “Technology internationalization, Equipment large-scale, Environmental ecology and Management modernization ”. Adhere to production and relocation and double line development and take the initiative to adapt to the profound changes in the international and domestic environment. Market orientation and development must be strengthened. Vigorously promote green cleaner production and safety and environmental protection work. To speed up the implementation of the "one south one north" industrial layout, to create an enterprise group with international first-class, domestic lead, clear industrial structure, high production, low consumption, less emission, renewable resources saving, sustainable resource saving and environment-friendly. The Haiwan Group made full use of the advantages of Dong Jia Kou Port and port industrial area, and explored and practiced the Trinity development strategy of "liquid chemical products wharf + storage tank area + Petrochemical deep processing industrial zone", and creatively established Liquid Chemical Wharf and supporting tank area, which provided resources guarantee for the transformation and development of traditional chemical industry. At the same time, the Haiwan Group takes this opportunity as the opportunity to grasp the favorable opportunity of moving into the garden to plan the industrial transformation and development, and extend the industrial chain by relying on the advantages of land, port and other resources to avoid the threat in the process of enterprise development, cultivate a strong market competitive industry cluster and develop a circular economy. The second chapter is mainly a review of related theories. The third chapter mainly expounds the internal and external environment of the Haiwan Group, SWOT analysis and strategic positioning. The fourth chapter mainly discusses the implementation strategy of the Haiwan Group's green transformation development strategy. The fifth chapter outlines the strategic guarantee measures for the green transformation of the Haiwan Group. In the sixth chapter, the conclusions of this thesis are given.
