中文摘要:近年来随着科学技术和经济的快速发展,给现代制造企业带来了巨大的挑战,同时也带来了无限的机遇,使制造企业面临着更复杂、更激烈的竞争环境。供应商的选择与管理是制造企业获得成功的重要环节。谁拥有更优质的供应商谁就能站在更高的平台上竞争,所以在现代制造企业管理活动中供应商已经成为一种特殊的战略资源。采用合理的供应商选择与管理方法,可以带来很多益处。制造企业建立且逐步完善科学合理的供应商选择与管理体系,不断的提高和优化合作供应商的整体水平,可以大幅度提升综合水平竞争力,这对提高企业管理效益具有特殊的意义。 本文首先对采购以及供应商选择和管理的理论进行回顾,然后通过对唐山锅炉公司采购现状的介绍,依据以上理论,以唐山锅炉公司为实际案例从供应商的选择和供应商的管理两个方面进行分析研究。 其次通过分析发现唐山锅炉公司供应商选择存在问题,包括供应商过于分散管理成本偏高、供应商选择方法单一、供应商选择标准片面、供应商选择的绩效考核指标不全面等问题。根据实际情况采取了相应的改进策略。 再次通过分析发现唐山锅炉公司供应商管理存在问题,包括公司与供应商之间的合作存在敌对关系、评审潜在供应商缺乏有效性且效率低下、绩效考核标准有失偏颇等问题。根据实际情况采取了相应的改进策略。 针对唐山锅炉公司供应商的选择和管理两个方面的问题,相应改进策略实施之后,确实减少了采购成本,提高了采购质量,对提高企业竞争力取得显著成效。  
英文摘要:The rapid development of economy and science and technology in recent years, especially the development of global economic integration, brings hitherto unknown challenges and opportunities for the manufacturing enterprise, which makes enterprises face more complicated competition environment, change unpredictably. The selection and management of suppliers is an important link for the success of manufacturing enterprises. In modern manufacturing enterprise management activities, who has better quality suppliers, who can stand on a high level of competition platform, so suppliers have become a special strategic resource. Adopting reasonable supplier selection and management methods can bring many benefits. Establish and gradually improve the scientific and reasonable supplier selection and management, continuously improve and optimize supplier quality, to improve the level of comprehensive competitiveness and management efficiency of enterprises manufacturing enterprises, has important significance. This paper first reviews the theory of purchasing and supplier selection and management, and then through the Tangshan boiler factory procurement situation is introduced, based on the above theory, the Tangshan boiler factory as the actual case analysis from the two aspects of the selection of suppliers and supplier management. Secondly, through the analysis of Tangshan boiler factory supplier selection problems, including suppliers too scattered high management costs, supplier selection, supplier selection criteria, single sided supplier selection evaluation index is not comprehensive problem. According to the actual situation, the corresponding improvement strategy was adopted. Again, through the analysis of Tangshan boiler factory supplier management problems, including the cooperation between the company and the suppliers is based on the traditional trading relationship, potential supplier assessment efficiency is low, and the lack of effective performance appraisal standard question biased etc.. According to the actual situation, the corresponding improvement strategy was adopted. According to the two aspects of the selection and management of Tangshan boiler factory supplier problems, after the corresponding improvement strategy implementation, can improve the quality of procurement, reduce procurement costs, to improve the competitiveness of enterprises has achieved remarkable results.
