中文摘要:经济发展水平的提高导致中国国内居民工资水平整体上升,使得劳动密集型出口加工企业面临更加严峻的成本考验。在该环境下,深圳兴华集团,一家专业从事五金冲压件出口加工业务的小微型民营企业,正面临越发严重的市场竞争。如何才能维持企业现有的竞争优势,实现企业的长远发展,是兴华集团亟待解决的问题。 本文旨在研究在市场竞争压力日益严重的情境下,兴华集团在发展五金冲压件加工业务时应采用何种竞争战略维持现有竞争优势。为了解决该问题,本文首先对兴华集团在发展五金冲压件加工业务时所应该采取的战略态势进行筛选分析,而后明确低成本竞争战略对于实现该竞争态势的重要性。为此,本文首先从宏观外部环境和产业内部环境两个方面对兴华集团在发展五金冲压件加工业务时所面临的外部环境进行分析,采用的分析方法分别为PEST分析范式和波特五力模型分析方法。而后,挖掘兴华集团在发展五金冲压件加工业务上的资源禀赋和能力。利用SWOT分析方法,对兴华集团在发展五金冲压件加工业务时所面临的外部机会与威胁、内部优势与劣势进行提炼。在此基础上,本文选择来自集团内部和相关的财务、战略管理专家就所确定的评价指标进行打分,然后利用层次分析法确定兴华集团在发展五金冲压件加工业务时应该选择的战略态势,即应该选择机会型、开拓型的战略发展态势。根据企业的资源和能力禀赋,本文分析了企业在现有情境下应该采用低成本竞争战略作为其实现该战略发展态势的根本保证。为了探究企业应该如何更好地实践低成本竞争战略,本文进一步分析了兴华集团应该进行的组织结构、管理控制系统和补偿政策等三个方面的调整,同时根据现有价值链的分析结果,提出价值链的改进建议。 本文研究发现,兴华集团在发展五金冲压件加工业务时依旧应该以开拓型发展态势为主,即企业要积极扩展自身的市场份额。而为了达到扩大市场份额的目的,集团应该选择低成本竞争战略,并对现有价值链进行升级改造。  
英文摘要:Rise in the economy development level has led to the rise in Chinese domestic residents’ wage level which put labour-intensice export processing enterprises under the threat of cost raise. Under this situation, Sing Hua International Co., Ltd who is specialized in metal stamping parts export processing business is facing more and more seriously market competition. The urgent problem Sing Hua International Co., Ltd faces is how to sustain its competitive advantages to realize its long-term development. This paper aims at reaching which kind of competitive strategy should be chosen by Sing Hua International Co., Ltd under the situation of daily raising competitive pressure. To solve this problem, this paper should firstly answer the question of what kind of strategic position should Sing Hua International Co., Ltd choose. To solve this question, this paper will firstly using the analyzing method of PEST analyzing form and Porter’s five-force model to analyze the external environment Sing Hua International Co., Ltd faces which contains the macroscopic external environment and industrial environment. Secondly, this paper will try to excavate the resources and abilities Sing Hua International Co., Ltd possesses in the development of metal stamping parts export processing business. Using the SWOT analysis method, we are able to conclude the opportunities and threats Sing Hua International Co., Ltd faces and its own strengths and weakness. Thirdly, some experts including financing realized or strategic management realized experts and some managers from the company are chosen to mark the importance of the selected indicators which are used to reflect the strengthens, weakness, opportunities and threats Sing Hua International Co., Ltd faces. With the method of analytic hierarchy process, it is able to find out the most suitable development strategic position. We find that Sing Hua International Co., Ltd should choose the opportunity, pioneering strategic development momentum as its development strategic position in the future. By analyzing the resources and abilities Sing Hua International Co., Ltd own, we are able to make sure that Sing Hua International Co., Ltd should choose low cost competitive strategy to realize the selected development strategic position. To insure that Sing Hua International Co., Ltd can adopt low-cost competition strategy successfully, this paper further analyzed that it should make some changes in three aspects including the organization structure, management and control system and compensation policy. Further, according to the analysis of the existing value chain, this paper proposed some suggestions to improve the value chain. Through this research, we find out that Sing Hua International Co., Ltd should choose exploiting strategy in the development of metal stamping parts export processing business which means that it should find ways to expand its market share. In order to realize this aims, Sing Hua International Co., Ltd should choose low cost competitive strategy and improve its extent value chain and build up strict cost management mechanisms.
