| 中文摘要: | 论 文 摘 要 企业发展的过程,就是其核心竞争力不断发展增强的过程。每一个企业每时每刻都在想方设法加强自身的核心竞争力,以便在日益激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。本文从建设企业文化及文化理念的实践化角度出发探讨其对企业核心竞争力的培育作用,通过相关文献理论的探究结合笔者所在企业北京丰尔科技有限公司的实际经历,阐述了文化理念实践化对企业核心竞争力的促进及培育作用,为企业后续的健康快速发展提供了有意义的思路和方法。 本论文的主要结构分为五章。 第一章导言部分主要介绍了研究的背景目的及意义,从理论和实践两个角度探讨分析了研究的必要性。企业文化建设的优良,既能为企业的发展提供足够的精神动力,还能在企业内部形成强大的执行力和凝聚力,从而使企业保持和提升核心竞争力。文章提供了研究的思路和方法,从相关文献的阅读分析到以丰尔科技公司的发展历程为实例,全面剖析了文化理念实践化与核心竞争力之间的关系及作用。 第二章相关理论与文献概述。本章从理论角度介绍了文化理念实践化与核心竞争力间的相互关系。概括列举了关于文化理念实践化和核心竞争力的相关文献,从企业文化建设的内容及功能:导向功能 凝聚功能 约束功能 辐射功能到核心竞争力的层次(核心层 制度层 产品层 市场层)与基本特征(价值性 独特性 整合性 延展性 动态性)的详细介绍,在物质层面 行为层面 制度层面及精神层面上探究了文化理念实践化对核心竞争力的培育作用。 第三章丰尔科技企业文化的优势与不足。本章首先介绍了丰尔科技的基本情况与多年来形成的文化优势,进一步分析了丰尔科技企业文化对其核心竞争力的影响。首先根据丰尔科技的发展历程及大量的调查分析总结出丰尔科技的文化理念重点,结合丰尔科技几年来所取得的成绩分析得出文化理念实践化对丰尔科技核心竞争力的积极影响。文章着重分析了丰尔科技文化建设存在的问题与问题的成因及影响,企业的核心竞争力因为企业发展过程中文化理念的偏离所造成的下降从而直接影响企业的健康发展的现状。概括总结出由于思想意识薄弱 人本理念薄弱 功利性过强 建设力度不够等原因造成企业文化建设表象化,企业文化建设缺乏层次性,企业文化建设差异化不足,企业文化建设偏离现实等问题的出现。 第四章丰尔科技通过文化理念实践化提升核心竞争力的举措。本章从实际企业经营角度出发,从经营管理导向对文化理念进行设计,提出了“以质量立业 以服务制胜”的企业经营理念,并分别对质量理念和服务理念进行详细的阐述。在质量理念上提出长期一贯性的推进全员参与质量改进 持续不断地创新性质量改进及危机意识“零缺陷”意识的深化推进理念及措施。在服务理念建设上构建同心圆服务发展模式 建设职业专业化的服务团队,对物流服务的精细化及商家服务系统的优质化都进行了深入细致的调整及落实。在文化理念实践化暨文化建设过程上从理念的贯宣,管理层的共识,制度及组织层面的建设,绩效考核体系的建立及理念与实践冲突的纠偏机制的建立等各个方面予以阐述,从市场路径和实际经营效果两个方面详细的介绍了文化理念实践化对丰尔科技核心竞争力的促进作用。 第五章结论。通过以上各章节的介绍分析,本章得出通过文化理念实践化对企业核心竞争力具有提升及培育的作用。通过对丰尔科技的实例分析为企业不断提升自身的核心竞争力提供了明确的解决方案。本章最后是研究展望,希望通过本文的分析及讨论,通过丰尔科技的经营发展历程能够为企业自身及相关领域在通过文化理念实践化对提升企业的核心竞争力方面有一定的借鉴作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract The process of enterprise development is the process of continuous enhancement of its core competitiveness. Each enterprise is looking for ways to strengthen its core competitiveness every day so as to be invincible in the increasingly fierce market competition. This paper discusses how to cultivate core competitiveness from the perspective of the construction of corporate cultural ideas. Through the exploration of relevant literature theories and the actual experience of operating Beijing FN Technology Co., Ltd., which is the author's own enterprise, this paper expounds the effect of cultural ideas’ practice in promoting and cultivating the core competitiveness of enterprises , which provides enterprises meaningful ideas and methods for the sound and rapid development. The main structure of this paper is divided into five chapters. The introduction of the first chapter mainly introduces the background and significance of the research and discusses the necessity of the study from both theoretical and practical perspectives. The excellent enterprise culture construction can not only provide sufficient spiritual power for the development of the enterprise, but also can form a strong power of execution and cohesion within the enterprise so that the enterprise can maintain and enhance its core competitiveness. This paper provides the research ideas and methods from analysis of the relevant literature to the development of FN Technology Co., Ltd., and it comprehensively analyzes the relationship between cultural ideas’ practice and core competitiveness. The second chapter summarizes related literature theories. This chapter introduces the relationship between cultural ideas’ practice and core competitiveness from the theoretical perspective. It summarizes the relevant literature on cultural ideas’ practice and core competitiveness from the content and function of corporate culture construction such as guiding function, cohesion function, restraint function and radiation function to the level of core competitiveness (core concept, rule concept, product concept and market concept) and the detailed introduction of the basic characteristics (value, uniqueness, integration, extension and dynamic). This chapter studies how cultural ideas’ practice effects the cultivation of core competitiveness in institutional, spiritual, behavioral and material level. The third chapter describes the advantages and disadvantages of FN Technology's corporate culture. This chapter firstly introduces the basic situation of FN Technology and the cultural advantages it has formed over the years, and further it analyzes the influence of FN Technology's corporate culture on its core competitiveness. First of all, according to the development process of FN Technology and a large number of researches and analysis, the focus of the cultural ideas of FN Technology can be summarized. Together with the analysis of the achievements made by FN Technology over the past few years, it can reveal that the practice of cultural ideas has a positive impact on the core competitiveness. This chapter focuses on analyzing the causes of existing problems and their impacts in the construction of FN’s culture. The decline in the enterprise’s core competitiveness due to the deviation of cultural ideas during the development of the enterprise directly affects the status quo of the sound development for FN. This chapter summarizes that due to the weak ideological consciousness, weak human-oriented ideology, strong utilitarianism and weak organization structure, corporate culture construction will lack tiers and is not sufficiently differentiated which lead to its deviation from reality. The fourth chapter is about initiatives of FN technology to enhance the core competitiveness. This chapter designs the cultural ideas from the perspective of actual business management and puts forward the business philosophy of “Quality creates business, service makes the success” and further elaborates on the importance of quality concepts and service concepts. The main methods to deepen quality concepts includes boosting the long-term consistency in quality concept, promoting the participation of all employees in quality improvement, continuously innovating the quality improvement and deepening the idea of “zero defect” for crisis awareness. The main methods to deepen service concepts includes establishing a customer-oriented service model, constructing a professional service team and carrying out in-depth adjustment in implementation of the refinement of logistics services. In the process of cultural ideas practice construction, this chapter elaborates on various aspects such as consistent promotion of cultural ideas, management’s consensus, organization construction, establishment of the performance evaluation and establishment of the corrective mechanism for the conflict between philosophy and practice. Using the market path and the actual operating results, this chapter concludes in details about how the promotion of the cultural ideas’ practice effect on the core competitiveness of FN Technology. The fifth chapter concludes that the practice of cultural ideas can enhance and nurture the core competitiveness of enterprises through analysis of the above chapters and the analysis of FN Technology's case studies. This chapter can be seen as a reference in enhancing the enterprise's core competitiveness by improving cultural ideas since in the end a clear solution for enterprises to continuously improve their core competitiveness can be provided. | |
