中文摘要:随着社会文明的进步,经济文化事业的不断发展,第三产业将越来越发达。而饮食业作为第三产业的“龙头”,在人类产业结构中日显其重要性。人类步入高度发达的文明社会后,对饮食的要求越来越高,家务劳动社会化之后,整个社会对美味佳肴需求量也越大。在此背景之下,各式各样的餐饮企业、餐饮培训学校林立,厨师的需求逐渐增大。面对国内餐饮业良好的发展态势,餐饮业人才状况却发生了变化,空前的"人才荒"成为阻碍餐饮业发展的最大问题。再加上,民办教育行业的逐渐市场化,企业所面临的外部竞争越发激烈;同时因为教育培训机构规模的逐渐增大,学校内部的一些深层次的矛盾也逐渐的呈现出来,并且学校之前也遭受过业绩下滑、不断亏损、教学质量下降、人才流失等诸多困难。 本文现阶段在企业自身的战略规划的基础上,通过切实可行的管理与方案探究方法,对该校现阶段的发展情况以及内外不同的环境展开系统规范的理论探究,明确其在未来阶段所涉及到的一系列机会、威胁,同时进一步归纳分析其现阶段在发展过程中所具备的有利之处和不足之处,同时紧密联系该校现阶段的发展规划、基本预期及最近一段时间的管理情况,对其日后的发展前景展开了进一步的分析,并就此阐述了相的有利于该校在未来阶段合理发展的相关意见。  
英文摘要:With the progress of social civilization and the continuous development of economic and cultural undertakings, the third industry will be more and more developed. The food industry, as the "leading" of the third industry, is of great importance in the structure of human industry. After entering the highly developed civilization society, the demand for food is higher and higher. After the socialization of housework, the demand for delicious food is bigger in the whole society. In this context, a variety of catering enterprises, catering training schools, the demand for chef has gradually increased. Facing the good development trend of domestic catering industry, the talent situation of catering industry has changed. Unprecedented talent shortage has become the biggest problem hindering the development of catering industry. In addition, the private education industry market gradually, enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition in the external; and because of increasing scale of education and training institutions, some deep-seated contradictions within the school has gradually emerged, and before the school also suffered losses, continue to slide, performance decline in the quality of teaching and talent loss many other difficulties. Based on this, this article attempts to enterprise strategy under the guidance of the theory, using the analysis tools of strategic management, carry on the comprehensive analysis of science of New Oriental cooking school in the internal and external environment, find the opportunities and threats, summarizes its advantages and disadvantages, and combined with the New Oriental cooking school's mission, vision in recent years, and its development status, for its future development strategy and implementation of security and put forward reasonable suggestions. The details are as follows: The first chapter is introduction, which mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic, the current research situation at home and abroad, the content and method of the research, and the innovation point. The second chapter introduces the theory of enterprise strategy, mainly summarizes the research results of enterprise development strategy theory, expounds the education and training of enterprise development theory and core competence theory, analyze and provide theoretical support with New Oriental cooking school in the internal and external environment for the. The third chapter: the analysis of the external environment, including macro environment analysis, industry analysis, analysis of the economic characteristics analysis of competitive structure of the industry and the main competitors, to further clarify the faces in the development of New Oriental cooking school industry trend and competition situation, find the external opportunities and threats for the. The fourth chapter: the analysis of internal resources, first introduced the development of New Oriental cooking school, and then use the value chain analysis tool to analyze the resources and capabilities, and then use the internal factor evaluation matrix, the company has clear advantages and disadvantages, provide a realistic basis for the selection and the implementation of the development strategy and security.
