中文摘要: | 直销是一个与教育培训,与产品分享,与团队建设紧密联系的领域,虽然直销人人可以参与,但并非人人都能在直销中收获成功,在这背后最重要的一项原因就体现在直销培训上。所以对直销渠道以及直销模式下各级代理商的培训工作显得极为重要;直销培训工作将成为直销模式可否有序运行的一个重要组成部分,将是直销渠道事业发展成功的重要基础之一。随着移动互联网、电子商务等技术的快速发展和普及,人们获取信息和购买商品的渠道越来越多,效率越来越高,为直销行业的发展带来了新的机遇和挑战,也为直销行业的教育培训提出了新的要求。目前,在学术界更多的聚焦于直销行业的市场策略研究,对直销行业的教育培训的探讨基本都较为广泛浅显,对直销行业的系统化教育培训更是缺乏深入的研究,相关的研究内容非常少,本文将聚焦直销行业的系统化教育培训体系建设,结合思创贝斯培训机构的直销培训实践,梳理和呈现的教育培训建设的新思路,以期丰富这一领域的研究成果,也让社会公众对直销教育培训体系有新的认识。在研究方法上,本文主要采用了行业专项调研、文献研究、案例诊断研究三种方法。在研究中以思创贝斯培训机构在直销教育培训领域的探索实践为研究对象,坚持以理论与实际相结合, 一方面对直销行业教育培训的历史脉络、需求特点、发展趋势等方面进行了全面分析,梳理国内外直销教育培训核心理论;另一方面结合思创贝斯培训机构的运营实践,对直销行业系统化培训体系的探索实践进行梳理和总结,凝练成具有一定适用性的直销系统化培训体系,这样将对直销行业教育培训系统的建设和提升提供重要的借鉴和参考。 | |
英文摘要: | The Direct Selling is an area that is closely linked with education and training, product sharing, and team building. Although everyone can be involved in direct selling, not all can achieve success in it. One of the most important reasons behind is reflected in direct selling training. Therefore, the training for selling channels and training for agents at all levels under the direct selling model are extremely important; Direct selling training will become an important part of the orderly operation of the direct selling model and will be one of the important foundations for the success of the direct selling channel. With the rapid development and popularization of technologies such as mobile Internet and e-commerce, people have more and more channels and with a higher efficiency for obtaining information and purchasing goods. It has brought new opportunities and challenges to the development of the direct selling industry. And it also brings new requirements to the education and training of the direct selling industry. At present, the academic research more focus on the market strategy of the direct selling industry. The discussion on education and training of the direct selling industry is generally extensive and simple. The systematic education and training of the direct selling industry is also lack of in-depth research. And there are very few relevant research contents. This paper focused on the construction of a systematic education and training system for the direct selling industry. Combining with the direct selling training practice of Strong base training institution, the new ideas for the construction of education and training were combed and presented, so as to enrich the research results in this field and allow the public to have a new understanding of the direct selling education and training system. This paper mainly adopts three methods including industry specific item research, literature research, and case diagnosis research. Among them, the most important ones are the industry specific item research method and literature research method. This research focused on the exploration and practice of the Strong base training institutions in the field of direct selling education and training and adhered to the combination of theory and practice. On the one hand, a comprehensive analysis was conducted on the historical context, demand characteristics, and development trends of the education and training of the direct selling industry, and sorted out the core theories of domestic and foreign direct selling education and training; On the other hand, combining with the operating practices of the Strong base training institution, the exploration and practice of the systematic training system for the direct selling industry was sorted out and summarized, and a direct selling systematic training system with certain applicability was obtained. This would provide important reference for the construction and promotion of the direct selling industry education and training system. | |
