中文摘要：	目前中国在汽车行业已经逐渐发展为世界上最大的汽车生产和销售国家，相应的，随着中国汽车制造业的崛起，其配套的零配件产业也得到了快速的发展，本文所讨论的汽车电机制造业就属于此业务范畴。随着象苹果，华为这种主要依赖供应链管理而成为国际领导企业的发展壮大，供应链管理的概念也越来越风靡全球。供应链管理的优良变成了影响企业核心竞争力的主要因素。近年来中国制造企业之间的竞争也日益加剧，在日益复杂和多变的经济环境下，伴随着近几年来全世界范围内的重大公共事件，自然灾害，生产事故和安全事故等突发事件的频发，给供应链系统的正常运营造成了巨大的挑战。企业间的竞争越来越表现为供应链的竞争。供应链的风险管理业已成为企业家门研究和探索的热门课题。 供应链上各个价值流程节点的不断变化使供应链风险类别增加。本文以多个供应商对应G集团一个核心企业所形成的供应链生态系统，聚焦漆包线的采购，统计过去10年来发生的漆包线采购的供应链风险管理案例，参考了过往国内外供应链风险管理的相关理论知识，并结合该集团的实际运营状况，利用案例分析的方式，系统而全面地分析了采购环节相关的内生和外生供应链风险。文中对供应商的审核，供应商的管理及其绩效考核，采购流程和物流的管理，供应商的财务监控等等各个方面的风险都作了一定阐述，并提出对风险的预防和解决的方案。本论文能对类似的制造企业的供应链风险识别，风险管理与监控起到一定的借鉴作用，对完善制造企业的供应链管理提供思路和方法。
英文摘要：	Along with the economic development, China has been the world’s largest automotive sales market, so the related supporting components industry has ramped up accordingly including motors. Like Huawei and Apple who major relay on the supply chain management has become the famous companies, supply chain management has caused high attention globally. Supply chain management has been prompted to be one of key factors for manufactories. Besides competition becomes more and more serious, the economic environment is even more complex. Such as public matter, natural disasters, industrial accidents and safety accidents and other emergencies worldwide, supply chain is facing a huge challenge time and supply chain risk management list on the top of supply chain management as supply chain become the core competition of companies. The risk has increased according to the complicated value chain. This thesis based on the case study of supply china risk management between G group and a few magnet wire manufactories, focus on the supply chain risk management on magnet wire purchasing process in nearly ten years, according to the theoretical knowledge and group business background, analyzing the risk type and proposing different supply chain risk management solutions. Proposed use case study analysis, corporate strategy model analysis, to study the supplier audits, management and performance assessment, procurement and logistics, suppliers finance process with successful experience and propose risk prevention and management resolution on magnet wire purchasing. The similar manufactory can refer to these Supply Chain Risk Management success ideas and methods to keep improvement in the future.
