中文摘要:本文以崇达技术员工满意度为研究对象,通过丰富完整的、具有可比口径的历史数据(2009-2017年)分析,找到了基于“员工满意度提升→员工离职率下降→员工技能、效率提升→员工绩效提升→企业绩效提升→员工薪酬福利增加→员工满意度提升”的闭环逻辑(以下简称“满意度闭环”)。 本论文对研究背景及意义、研究内容与思路做了说明, 并对引用的理论基础与研究综述进行了阐述,重点介绍了公司概况、经营模式,以及员工满意度调查情况,结合满意度八大维度的数据,分析企业绩效面临的困局,在当时的背景下,提出了解决思路和方案。 本文的核心部分全面分析了崇达技术2009-2017年的员工满意度数据,论证了员工满意度与员工离职率、员工绩效、企业绩效的提升关系,通过历史数据纵向对比,详细阐述了员工满意度的具体改善措施:引入平衡记分卡,重点通过薪酬福利提升员工满意度,同时通过自动化、信息化改造,提升效率、降低劳动强度,由此员工绩效、企业绩效均得到提升,证实了“满意度闭环”逻辑。 通过对员工满意度、企业绩效的检验回顾对比,对崇达技术的百亿发展目标进行了修正,并发现了满意度八大维度中还存在或者可能会发生的问题,并对系列新问题提出了初步的解决思路,并进行了总结和思考。 本文通过崇达技术案例论证了制造业如何通过提升员工满意度来提升企业绩效,对于劳动密集型的制造业来说,具有很强的现实意义和指导意义。 关键词:崇达技术;员工满意度;员工绩效;企业绩效  
英文摘要:Abstract This thesis takes Suntak Technology Company employee's satisfaction as the research object (Suntak Technology Limited, a Printed Circuit Board Leading company), and analyzes through rich and complete historical data with comparable caliber (2009-2017), and finding a closed loop logic as “employee satisfaction increase → employee turnover rate decline → employee skills’ increase and higher efficiency →employee performance improvement →corporate performance enhancement →employee compensation and benefit maximization →employee satisfaction boost”(Hereinafter referred to as “Closed Loop Logic of Employee Satisfaction”). This thesis explains the research background and significance, research content and ideas, and elaborates on the cited theoretical basis and research review, focusing on the company overview, business model, and employee satisfaction survey. Combined with the eight dimensions of satisfaction survey data, this study also analyzes the predicament faced by corporate performance, and put forward solutions and ideas in the context of this time. The core part of this thesis comprehensively analyzes the employee satisfaction data of Suntak Technology from 2009 to 2017, and demonstrates the relationship between employee satisfaction, employee turnover rate, employee performance, and corporate performance. Through longitudinal comparison of historical data, this thesis elaborates specific improvement measures of employee satisfaction: the introduction of a balanced scorecard, focusing on improving employee satisfaction through compensation and benefits, and improving efficiency and reducing labor intensity through automation and information transformation. As a result, employee performance and corporate performance have been improved, confirming the closed loop logic of employee satisfaction. Through reviewing and comparing employee satisfaction and corporate performance, the 10 billion development goals of Suntak Technology have been revised, and the problems that still exist or may occur in the eight dimensions of satisfaction have been discovered, and new issues have been raised. The initial solution to the problem was summarized and considered. Through the case of Suntak technology, this thesis demonstrates how manufacturing can improve corporate performance by improving employee satisfaction.
