| 中文摘要: | KTV连锁经营企业的数量迅速增长,规模不断扩大,市场竞争也日趋激烈。YTH连锁服务公司过去几年取得了一些成绩,目前正处于快速发展期,但也遇到了一些问题,抵抗风险的能力有限,在发展战略上必须进行调整,才能保证自身的生存发展和壮大,由此本文展开对案例公司战略优化方面的研究探索。 针对YTH连锁服务公司的发展战略优化问题展开研究,坚持从理论综述到实践研究的思路原则。首先,进行理论及文献综述,从公司简介、战略选择、组织架构、管理现状等方面,阐述YTH连锁服务公司发展战略的背景。然后分析YTH连锁服务公司的经营环境和发展战略存在的问题,对YTH连锁服务公司发展战略进行SWOT分析,并深入分析了当前发展战略存在的问题,包括发展战略不够清晰、发展战略和企业实施不够紧密、发展战略制定不够科学、发展战略没考虑目前的风险。YTH连锁服务公司战略发展的风险体现在整体服务行业经营环境低迷、低门槛准入造成恶性竞争、高人员流动导致差异化标准不足、新建门店预算不合理导致资金周转短缺、股权融资欠缺等方面。造成问题的因素,归于整体宏观经济及周期、人力资源体系管理、投资决策、股东投资者等方面。基于此,对YTH连锁服务公司的现状进行SWOT分析,为战略规划提供参考。 针对YTH连锁服务公司的发展战略提出优化建议。首先阐述内部治理的必要性及可行性,然后从组织、人力资源、文化等方面提出具体的改进建议。在组织方面,提出通过系统规划提升各门店经营水平、通过优化组织架构提高投资支持力度、通过开展多元化创新服务项目以提升创业竞争力、通过加快处理不良门店减轻创业资金压力。在人力资源层面,通过系统规划提高现有管理者、通过引入专业人员提升企业管理水平、通过实行员工持股来满足创业发展需求、通过优化绩效评估体系创造更好工作环境。在文化层面,通过优化企业文化实现发展战略转变、建立客户导向的企业文化、加强客户服务体系建设。 总之,开展本研究,有助于YTH连锁服务公司把握未来发展趋势,做出正确的判断和应对措施,稳步提高自身的竞争力。对于国内KTV行业内的其它同类企业,尤其是正处于发展上升阶段的KTV服务企业,也具有较强的借鉴意义。 | |

YTH chain service company has achieved some achievements in the past few years, and is in the rapid development period, but also encountered some problems, the ability to resist risk is limited, the necessary adjustment must be carried out in the development strategy, so as to guarantee its own survival and development and expansion, this paper opens up a study on the strategic optimization of case companies. In view of the development strategy optimization of YTH chain service company, we should adhere to the principles and principles from theoretical review to practical research. First, the theory and literature review are carried out, and the background of the development strategy of YTH chain service company is expounded from the aspects of company profile, strategic choice, organizational structure, management status and so on. Then it analyzes the existing problems of the operating environment and development strategy of YTH chain service companies, analyzes the development strategy of YTH chain service companies by SWOT, and analyzes the existing risks of the current development strategy. Through the analysis of the risks and causes of the strategic development of YTH chain service companies, the risk of the brand development of YTH chain service companies is reflected in the operating environment of the whole service industry, the vicious competition of low threshold access, the difference standard caused by the high turnover of personnel, the shortage of capital turnover and equity financing, and the main reasons for the problems facing the development of the YTH strategy. In the aspect of organization, it proposes to improve the management level of the stores through systematic planning, improve the investment support by optimizing the organizational structure, and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise through the development of diversified innovative service projects, and reduce the pressure of venture capital by speeding up the treatment of bad stores. In the human resource level, through systematic planning to improve the existing managers, through the introduction of professional staff to improve the management level, through the implementation of ESOP to meet the needs of development, through the optimization of the performance evaluation system to create a better working environment. At the cultural level, we should optimize the corporate culture, transform the development strategy, establish a customer-oriented corporate culture, and strengthen the construction of customer service system. In a word, it is of great significance for other similar enterprises in KTV industry in China, especially the KTV service enterprises which are in the stage of development and rising. It is helpful for the KTV service enterprises to grasp the future development trend, make the correct judgment and response measures, and steadily improve their competitiveness. | |
