| 中文摘要: | 随着国家电力体制改革的不断深入,国家和社会对于电力企业的要求越来越高,市场在资源配置中逐渐发挥决定性作用,电力企业所处的外部环境已经发生改变。如何在市场的快速变革中占得先机,在未来立于不败之地,对于电力企业来讲,就必须及时制定适应新环境的企业战略。要做到未雨绸缪才能在激烈的竞争中脱颖而出,把挑战转化为机遇。本文以KR公司为研究对象,结合人力资源、人力资源管理和人力资源战略规划等相关理论和知识,对KR公司的人力资源战略进行了研究。本文首先对人力资源战略的理论进行了论述,为后续工作提供了理论依据。其次采用PEST分析法与SWOT分析法对影响KR公司发展的外部环境进行了分析;然后从绩效、薪酬、培训等方面对公司内部环境因素进行了分析,最后在此基础上,采用SWOT分析模型深入分析了KR公司内部存在的优势和劣势,以及面临的机会和威胁。通过这些分析,为KR公司人力资源战略的制定提供了依据;在此基础上,结合KR公司的人力资源管理现状,为公司接下来的人力资源战略管理提出了相应的改革建议;最后,为了使人力资源战略能够得到更好的贯彻执行,为KR公司制定了相应的保障实施措施。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the deepening of the national electric power system reform, the state and society is more and more high to the requirement of electric power enterprises, the market is gradually play a decisive role in the allocation of resources, the electric power enterprise's external environment has changed. How, in the rapid change of the market in an impregnable position in the future, for the electric power enterprise, must be timely formulate business strategy to adapt to the new environment. To save for a rainy day to in the fierce competition, the challenges into opportunities. Based on KR company as the research object, this paper combined with the human resources, human resources management and human resources strategic planning and other related theory and knowledge, studied the KR company's human resources strategy. This article first has carried on the elaboration on the theory of human resource strategy, for the follow-up work to provide a theoretical basis. Secondly using PEST analysis and SWOT analysis affecting the KR analyzes the external environment for the development of the company; Then from the aspects of performance, compensation, training, etc on the internal environment factors was analyzed, and finally on this basis, the SWOT analysis model can be used to analyze deeply the KR internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as the opportunities and threats facing. Through these analysis, for KR company provides the basis for the establishment of human resource strategy; On this basis, the combination of KR company human resources management present situation, the strategic management of human resources for the company put forward the corresponding reform Suggestions; Finally, in order to make the human resources strategy can better implementation, for KR company formulated the corresponding guarantee measures. | |
