中文摘要：	摘要 随着全球互联网科技的不断进步以及人民生活水平的不断提高，我国人民不再单纯地满足于物质性消费，转而追求多样化的消费升级，尤其是在“互联网+”时代正式到来之后，移动互联网的大潮全面席卷而来，迅速涌入传统行业的边界。 本文主要研究在当前移动互联网的浪潮下，如何使用先进的互联网技术和项目管理流程，实现施工管控系统上的实施和应用，达到家装行业信息化建设施工项目管理上的全面提升。 家装行业是一个传统的行业，家装工程建设项目管理主体包含了项目参与各方的不同责任单位。各单位参与了不同的工作内容，既有交叉配合又有制约权衡，同时又分别在各自的体系框架内进行实施和管控。对于项目整体而言，为提高全面的、系统的管理体现，和线上线下的联动工作及信息传递，可以充分利用移动互联即时、便捷的应用优势实施高效管理。最终要实现业主、监理、设计师、项目经理在一个项目窗口下共同使用属于自己的移动客户端，实施即时、便捷的在线应用，同时做到可视化管理；达到全面提升工种项目管理成效的目的。此举有效的提升了业之峰装饰的综合竞争实力，在公司的战略发展方向上具有了举足轻重的地位。 通过本次研究、开发和测试，我们发现了装饰工程项目管理的多方参与（包括业主、监理、设计师、项目经理、项目专员、客户经理、工人等），可以使用移动互联网终端工具，在工程项目管理信息集成平台中，进行项目信息的有权限共享和协同工作。通过研究搭建和应用移动互联网终端平台，提高了项目信息搜集的及时性和传递的便捷性、增强了工程项目信息在过程中的有效性和核验的完整性，加快了项目在风险管控中的预警提醒的及时性和直观性，有效地提高了项目管理成效。
英文摘要：	Abstract With the continuous progress of the global Internet technology and the improvement of people's living standard, the Chinese people no longer satisfied with the material consumption, to the pursuit of diversification of consumption upgrade, especially after the official arrival in the "Internet plus" era, the mobile Internet tide swept into the traditional comprehensive, rapid line The boundary of the industry. The home decoration industry is a traditional industry. The main body of Jiezhuang construction project management includes different responsibility units of the project participants. Each unit participates in different work contents, which not only has cross matching but also restricts trade-offs. For the overall project, in order to improve the overall and systematic management, and the linkage work and information transmission under the online line, it can make full use of the instant and convenient application advantages of mobile interconnection to implement efficient management. Finally, the owner, the supervisor, the designer, the project manager will use their own mobile client under the window of a project to implement the real-time and convenient online application, and achieve the visual management at the same time; to achieve the purpose of improving the effectiveness of the management of the project. This effectively enhanced the comprehensive competitive strength of the industrial peak decoration and played a decisive role in the company's strategic development direction. Through this study, development and testing, we found the multiparty participation in the management of the decoration project (including owners, supervisors, designers, project managers, project commissioners, customer managers, workers, etc.). We can use the mobile internet terminal tools to carry out project information in the engineering project management information integration platform. There are privileges sharing and cooperative work. By building and applying the mobile internet terminal platform, the timeliness and convenience of the project information collection, the effectiveness of the project information in the process and the integrity of the verification are enhanced, the timeliness and the immediacy of the warning warning of the project in the risk management are accelerated, and the project management is effectively improved.
