中文摘要：	经济新常态下，我国的经济环境发生了很大的变化，各种不确定性增加。商业银行金融市场业务发展面临多重挑战，需要从转型模式、组织结构、投资策略等方面入手，加快大力发展和创新金融市场业务，促进商业银行经营模式转型升级，为实体经济提供更有效的融资服务。但是这些对于我国商业银行来说，既是挑战，也是机遇。在新环境下，如果我国商业银行能抓住机遇，成功转型，转变发展模式、盈利模式，将会使我国银行业的发展迈向新台阶。随着银行业改革的深入开展，商业银行金融市场业务的重要性日益明显，竞争也日益激烈。国内外商业银行发生了深刻的变化，金融市场业务在商业银行中的地位和作用不断上升。一场以金融市场业务为核心的全球性金融大战已经在境外银行之间、境内外银行之间展开。因此，研究新常态下的商业银行金融市场业务转型发展策略对商业银行可持续发展有着重要意义。我国银行业在面临着利率市场化、不良上升、互联网金融的巨大挑战下，也加快了转型的步伐，但转型模式有待进一步实践。在国内居民财富日益膨胀、金融需求多样化所形成的良好形势推动下；在我国银行业业务竞争激烈，以及国内金融注重资本监管和风险监管形势的环境挤压下，发展金融市场银行业务已经成为国内银行经营战略转型的基本选择。本文通过对经济新常态的商业银行金融市场业务特征着手分析，找出了国内外商业银行金融市场业务发展情况，然后以中国建设银行为例，从新常态下中国商业银行面临的挑战和中国商业银行金融市场业务发展存在的问题两个方面的角度出发，从我国商业银行金融市场业务发展的现状和必要性入手，以中国建设银行为例，具体分析了中国建设银行金融市场业务转型模式和中国建设银行金融市场业务转型存在的问题，并在探究中国建设银行金融市场业务的基础上探究国内商业银行金融市场业务发展转型新策略。
英文摘要：	Under new economic normality, our economic environment has undergone a lot of changes, and all the uncertainty increased. Development of financial business of commercial banks face multiple challenges, needs transformation, organizational structure, investment strategy and other aspects, and accelerating development and innovation in the financial markets business and promoting commercial bank business model transformation and upgrading, effective financing services to the real economy. But for China's commercial banks, is both a challenge and an opportunity. In the new environment, if commercial banks can seize opportunities, restructuring, transformation of development mode, profit model, will enable the development of China's banking industry to a new level. With the deepening of banking reform, financial business of commercial banks is becoming obvious, the competition is fierce. Profound changes in the domestic and foreign commercial banks, the position and role of financial business in commercial banks continued to rise. One as the core of the global financial world war had in financial market transactions in foreign banks, foreign banks. Therefore, the study of financial markets business transformation and development strategy of commercial bank under the new normal is of great significance for the sustainable development of commercial banks.
