| 中文摘要: | 随着二胎政策的全面放开,幼儿的数量近年来激增,但是幼儿园呈现出的管理问题也随之暴露出来,尤其是在内部自主管理方面的问题。自主管理的缺失不仅对幼儿园运营和管理造成问题,对员工和儿童的发展也将造成不利影响。 本文主要运用文献研究法和案例研究法。首先对自主管理及相关的自主性、主体性和自主学习理论进行梳理,就自主管理与自主学习进行了区分。对蒙特梭利理念给自主管理带来的启示进行了阐述。本文提出幼儿园实现的自主管理的涵义,即包含员工的自主管理和儿童的自主管理两方面。在对当下幼儿园管理问题和自主管理缺失的现象进行阐述之后,作者总结了天津瑞德幼儿园蒙特梭利教育自主管理的具体实践,从瑞德幼儿园的办园理念、多向互动下的自主管理实践,以及瑞德幼儿园自主实践成果等多角度对其自主管理精华进行分析和总结,可见瑞德幼儿园自主管理实践创新之处。 本文从以经营理念为先导、以内部环境为重要依托和以参与者素质为保障三个方面总结出了幼儿园实现自主管理的策略:首先,自主管理要有以人为本的经营理念。幼儿园经营理念对人与环境多向互动模式具有显著地影响。同时经营理念的制定和落地也受环境和人的影响,经营理念的提炼要结合企业、员工、客户三方的愿望和基于对环境的分析后进行。其次,幼儿园的环境,不仅要具备可实现自主管理的硬件环境,还需要建立适宜管理和实现自主管理的人文环境,以及划分管理最小单元并建立高效的数据信息传递机制,以保障自主管理的实现。最后,基于岗位胜任力模型招聘和培训参与者,以及最高管理者的素质要项是幼儿园自主管理实现的保障。图10幅,表4个,参考文献47篇。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the full liberalization of the two-child policy, the number of children has soared in recent years, but the management problems presented in kindergartens have also been exposed, especially in the issue of self-management. The lack of self-management not only causes problems in the operation and management of kindergartens, but also has an adverse impact on the development of employees and children. This article mainly uses the literature research method and the case study method. First of all, the self-management and related autonomy, subjectivity and autonomous learning theory are combed, and the self-management and autonomous learning are distinguished. The concept of Montessori to the self-management are described. This paper puts forward the meaning of self management in kindergarten, which includes two aspects: the self-management of staff and the self-management of children. After elaborating on the current kindergarten management problems and the lack of self-management, the author summarizes the concrete practice of Tianjin Reader Kindergarten self-management, from the practice of Reader Kindergarten idea, interactive environment, analyzes and summarizes the essence of self-management and achievements of kindergarten visible, Reader Kindergarten autonomous management innovation practice. This paper summarizes the strategy of realizing self-management in kindergartens from three aspects: management concept as the guide, internal environment as the important support and participant quality as the guarantee. First, self-management should first have the people-oriented management idea. The concept of kindergarten management has a significant impact on the interaction between people and environment. At the same time, the formulation and landing of business philosophy are also affected by the environment and people.
