中文摘要:随着世界经济的快速发展,我国企业之间的竞争以及国际化企业的竞争越来越激烈,进而导致企业产品的制造成本、产品的质量以及产品的价格受到的严峻的考验。我国企业需要通过对管理方案、服务质量以及制造效率等方面进行改进和提升,保证企业的竞争力。通过对国内外的研究表明,企业采用精益生产方式可以有效地提高企业生产成本,降低企业的资源浪费,进而提高企业的核心竞争力。尤其对于我国的生产制造业而言,精益生产方式可以有效地保证企业的竞争力,并能够在世界制造业的范围内占据一席之地。本文以莱尔德公司的导热材料生产为研究对象,将精益生产和六西格玛管理理论想结合,对导热材料生产的工艺流程进行改善。 本文首先对精益生产理论、六西格玛管理以及DMAIC方法进行了分析总结。然后,对莱尔德导热材料的生产现状进行分析,并针对其分析总结出生产中存在的主要问题。针对生产存在的问题,本文运用了精益生产理论和六西格玛管理理论相结合的方法,并主要以六西格玛DMAIC方法为主线,分析了产品交付过程中存在的问题,提出来改善的机会。通过过程工艺改善、流程再造,逐步实现了交货周期的缩短,进行产线优化,减少库存,提高良品率,最终实现满足客户需求的目标。  
英文摘要:With the rapid development of world economy, the competition between Chinese enterprises and international enterprises increasingly fierce competition, which led to the manufacturing cost of enterprise products, product quality and product prices are a severe test. China's enterprises need to improve the management plan, service quality and manufacturing efficiency to ensure the competitiveness of enterprises. Through the research at home and abroad, it shows that the enterprise can improve the production cost effectively, reduce the waste of resources and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises by using lean production. Especially for China's manufacturing industry, lean production can effectively ensure the competitiveness of enterprises, and can occupy a place in the world manufacturing industry. In this paper, the production of thermal conductive material of Laird Inc is studied. The combination of lean production and six sigma management theory is used to improve the process of thermal conductive material production. First of all, this paper analyzes and summarizes lean production theory, six sigma management and DMAIC method. Then, the production status of Laird thermal conductive material is analyzed, and the main problems in production are summarized. According to the existing problems, this paper uses the method of lean production theory and six sigma management theroy, and mainly in the Six Sigma DMAIC method as the main line, analyzes the existing problems in the process of product delivery, carry out improvement opportunities. Through process improvement, process reengineering, and gradually realize the events shorten cycle, production line optimization, reduce inventory, improve yield rate, finally realize the goal to satisfy customer demands.
