| 中文摘要： | 由于商贸流通企业自身运营特点存在产品所需投资较多、资金运转周期长的问题，商贸流通企业在日常经营运作中会面临各种资金风险，因此商贸流通企业通常面临着严重的资金短缺问题。供应链融资将资金流理论与供应链管理进行整合，对中小企业提供新型融资模式，有利于系统的改善中小企业的融资困境。论文采用案例分析的方法，以实用性为原则，选取新兴重工贸易公司作为研究方向。首先对新兴重工贸易公司的经营状况进行分析，由于日常经营资金周转和新业务开展出现资金缺口，但面临举债能力欠佳的现状；其次对公司供应链融资方案现状进行分析，对当前通过发展供应链融资对公司缓解资金压力的效果进行肯定，但同时对存在的问题进行分析并指出其影响因素；最后针对每一个问题逐一提出供应链融资方案优化建议，对类似于新兴重工贸易公司特点的商贸流通企业具有较强的借鉴与示范意义，并以此促进类似的企业选择适合的供应链融资方案，优化融资结构，合理的进行资源配置，实现健康、可持续发展。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Commercial enterprises will face a variety of financial risks in daily operation, due to more investment, long running period of capital problems required commercial enterprises own operating characteristics existing in the products, so the commercial circulation enterprises are facing serious financial difficulties. Supply chain financing funds flow theory to effectively integrate into the supply chain management, provides a new financing model for the small and medium-sized enterprise, has the obvious advantage in the cost of financing, risk, operation and other aspects, is conducive to improve the SME financing system dilemma. The paper adopts the method of case analysis to select The Xinxing Heavy Industry Trading Company as the research direction.
