中文摘要:21世纪以来,随着中国城市化进程的加快, 城市人口的猛增,工业的发展和商业的繁荣,建设用地的紧张,致使城市超高层建筑不断涌现。但超高层建筑项目属于系统工程、高空作业,在施工过程中,各种安全风险、不确定因素往往伴随左右,稍不留神就会引发各种安全事故,超高层建筑项目也因此被列入高危行业范畴,引起了相关人士的足够重视。以安全管理为切入点,遵循以人为本的管理原则,能否科学评估安全风险则成为至关重要的一环,成为无数专家学者研究的焦点,构建起科学完善的风险管理体系已迫在眉睫。 本文在充分认识中国超高层建筑项目的宏观背景和施工现状的基础上,采用文献分析法对风险和风险管理理论、项目管理和项目风险理论、超高层建筑的独特性及其相关理论进行系统性的描述。结合系统性的危险源识别方法、科学性的风险评价模型、针对性的风险防范措施和规范性的风险管理体系,本文将对超高层建筑项目施工过程中出现的安全风险降到最低限度,确保现场施工可控、在控,以此保障超高层建筑项目的顺利、有序、安全完成。 本文以S超高层施工项目作为案例,对该项目的风险因素进行了全面的分析研究,并进行了逐项的评价工作,并采用新的方法对各项结果进行应对措施的判断,确定采用的应对措施的合理性。 本文通过研究S超高层项目的安全风险管理,构建了施工企业风险识别、风险评价、风险应对体系,对于企业内部及施工行业安全风险的控制具有一定的借鉴意义。  
英文摘要:Since the 21st century, with the speeding up of China's urbanization process, the city of the population explosion, the prosperity of the development of industry and commerce, tension in construction land, the city super high-rise buildings have sprung up. But belongs to system engineering, the work high above the super high-rise projects, and in the process of construction, subject to different security risks and uncertainties, lead to all kinds of accidents occurred frequently, also let super high-rise projects construction was incorporated into the high-risk industry. So, from the perspective of construction safety management, based on the risk and people-oriented management thinking, and scientific assessment of safety risk become the important subject of super high-rise projects construction, build a scientific, objective and comprehensive risk management system is imperative. Based on the full aware of the macro background and construction status of China's super high-rise building projects, this thesis uses the literature analysis method to systematically analyze the risk and risk management theory, project management and project risk theory, the uniqueness of super high-rise buildings and their related theories. The risk prevention measures and the standard risk management system in this thesis will minimize the security risks in the construction of the super high-rise construction projects and ensure that the site construction is controllable and controlled so as to ensure the high-rise construction projects Smooth, orderly and safe completion. In this thesis, the S super high-rise construction project as a case, the risk factors for the project were a comprehensive analysis and conducted a one by one evaluation work, and the use of new methods to respond to the results of the measures to determine the use of the rationality of the response measures. By studying the safety risk management of S super high level project, this paper constructs the risk identification, risk evaluation and risk coping system of the construction enterprise, which has some referential significance for the safety risk control of the enterprise and the construction industry.
