中文摘要:战略转型作为战略管理研究领域的热门课题之一,具有非常重要的实践和应用价值,越来越受到各界的重视。然而作为一个相对较新的研究领域,国内外对战略转型的研究还都处于起步阶段,尚存在着许多问题有待深入研究探讨和完善。伴随着21世纪新一轮的产业技术革命,以及竞争形态的多样化和竞争强度的白热化,很多企业过去成功的战略正面临着前所未有的挑战和压力,越来越多的传统企业不得不面临着战略转型的选择,而如何在新的超强竞争环境挑战下采取适当的转型战略,通过资源的再整合、再配置,使企业获得持续竞争优势则显得尤为重要。 杜邦和陶氏化学作为目前全球最大的两家化工巨头,均有着超过百年的悠久历史以及多次实施重大战略转型的成功案例。2015年底,两家跨国巨头宣布采用对等合并然后垂直拆分的全新模式来应对日益激烈的商业竞争,并借此契机对旗下各垂直业务再一次采取相对应的战略转型。其战略转型的复杂性、多样性、独特性以及新颖性都正好为我们研究企业的战略转型提供了绝佳素材。 本文试图在超强竞争环境研究的背景下,利用动态观点对企业的战略转型内外部动因,战略转型实施所需要的核心能力,实施路径以及相关评价理论进行梳理,通过超强竞争环境下的产业竞争的五力模型,企业战略转型动因模型,战略转型的业务评价作用模型等勾勒出一个战略转型的系统框架,同时利用杜邦公司和陶氏化学正在进行的战略转型案例进行对比。通过分别对杜邦公司和陶氏化学的业务现状进行分析,整理出其合并战略的内外部动因以及战略转型的实施路径。再以笔者所在的杜邦防护业务为例,从大的公司转型战略细化到具体的垂直业务转型战略执行层面,进行更进一步的分析,从而得到一个相对完整的战略转型实施路径。最后在根据战略转型过程中所取得的阶段性成果,对比现有的战略转型理论并进行效果的评价,得到一个具有实践意义的动态战略转型路径指导,丰富现有的战略转型理论内涵,并为未来企业战略转型选择提供一定的借鉴作用。 
英文摘要:Strategic transformation is one of the latest hot topic of strategic management research field which owns very important practical value in application and attracts increasingly attention from academic world and even business circles. However, as a new research field, strategic transformation is still in the initial stage both in domestic and in foreign, there are many questions under further discussion and perfection as well. Accompany with the new industry technical revolution in 21st century and hyperactive competition environment, it raised lots challenge to enterprises of their successful strategy in past. The enterprise has no choice but take strategic transformation to shape a new sustainable competitive advantage through firm resources integration, reallocation, or something more. As two of the biggest chemical giants in the world, both DuPont and Dow have more than hundred year’s history and lead many successful strategic transformations in their records. At the end of 2015, DuPont and Dow claimed publicly to merge and then spin off to three leading company in its vertical industry. It’s a kind of strategic transformation to coping with the hyperactive competition and changeable business environment. Such strategic transformation is full of complexity, variety, peculiarity, and inventiveness which provide a great typical case for us to research and study. Based on hyper competition, the paper trying to utilize dynamic view to analysis both internal and external reason that why enterprise choose strategic transformation, the critical core competence needed to success, the strategic transformation execution path and the assessment feedback impact. So that we could draft a systematical framework of enterprise’s strategic transformation. After that, the thesis takes an undergoing strategic transformation real case that DuPont and Dow experiencing now to make the assessment. Through DuPont and Dow’s business background analysis to figure out the reason strategic transformation choice is necessary, and how to make it. Then we concentrate back to specific protection business of DuPont to streamline a typical transformation execution path. Lastly, optimize the transformation path dynamically based upon the feedback of phased outcome evaluation so that we could draw up a practical strategic transformation guidance and support in future related topic research. And it could also be taking as a reference for future enterprise’s strategic transformation.
