中文摘要：	随着我国国际贸易的不断发展，国际货运代理行业也呈现巨大的发展潜力和发展机遇，同时也有着更加广阔的发展空间。与此同时，国际市场对于国际货运代理行业的要求也不断提升，需要货运代理公司提供更为完善的全球性的网络服务，以及多元化的服务类型。A国际货运代理就是在这样的经济背景下，从一个本地的物流企业开始发展，不断发展企业自身的综合实力，但是受到企业规模小，服务网络范围不健全，服务类型有限等诸多因素的限制。为了不断提升自身企业的竞争实力，并且满足市场对于货代企业的需求，A国际货运代理需要开拓服务范围，通过与合作伙伴建立合作关系来进一步完善服务范围，以此在激烈的市场环境中，来提高企业的综合竞争力。 本文在阅读了大量的国际货运代理和合作风险管理的相关文献后，梳理了国际货运代理与风险管理相关的基础理论。论文首先通过分析A国际货运代理企业的发展现状，以及目前企业发展面临的问题与未来发展的瓶颈，找到A国际货运代理与其他企业间合作的动因与目标。通过建立合作伙伴关系来完善A国际货运代理的服务网络以及服务范围。论文针对A国际货运代理企业重点介绍了货代企业与合作伙伴关系的选择与建立，包括合作伙伴选择的标准、方法和流程等，并且通过系统的梳理与汇总，建立了选择合作伙伴的评价指标体系，通过对评价指标体系的计算来最终确定理想的合作伙伴，并建立长久的合作关系。最后，针对A国际货运代理合作关系的建立过程中存在的风险进行了三方面原因的分析，包括合作关系风险、合作企业实力风险和运行流程风险。在此基础之上，对风险进行了度量和评价，并提出针对合作伙伴风险的防范对策，例如要维护并发展货代企业自身的核心竞争力，建立信任机制，畅通沟通渠道，促进代理关系中企业文化的融合，通过建立合理的约束体制等防范措施来对合作伙伴的风险进行合理规避。
英文摘要：	With the continuous development of China's international trade, the international freight forwarding industry also presents great potential for development and opportunities for development, and also it has more extensive space for development. At the same time, the international market demand for the more improved international freight forwarding industry, and the freight forwarding companies need to provide a more comprehensive global network services, as well as a wide range of service types. International freight forwarder A, develop from a local logistics company, is in this economic background and constantly develop the enterprise's own comprehensive strength. However, due to the limited company scale, the scope of service network is not completed, and also limited service type and many other factors, International freight forwarders A need to open up service scope, further improve the scope of service through cooperation with the other forwarder partner, in order to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises in the fierce market environment. After reading a large number of related literatures on international freight forwarders and cooperative risk management, this paper sorts out the basic theories related to international freight forwarders and risk management. By analyzing the development of A international freight forwarding enterprises, the current problems faced and the future bottleneck of development, we find the motivation and goal of inter enterprise cooperation with other forwarder company. Through the establishment of cooperative partner relations to improve the A international freight forwarders service network and service range According to the A international freight forwarding enterprise, paper focuses on the establishment and choice of cooperative relations between partners, including partner selection standards, methods and procedures, and the establishment of the cooperative partner evaluation index system, also through the calculation to determine the choice of cooperative relations between partners. Finally, the paper analyzes three aspects of risk in the process of establishing A international freight forwarder cooperation relationship, including cooperation risk, ability risk and operation process risk. Based on above, paper measure and evaluate the risk, and put forward the countermeasures against the risks of cooperative partner, for example maintenance and development of the core competitiveness of freight forwarding enterprises, the establishment of trust mechanism, smooth communication channels, to promote the integration of corporate culture and partner relationship. Through the establishment of reasonable restraint system and other preventive measures, the risk of cooperative partner is reasonably avoided.
