中文摘要:医疗器械体外诊断行业企业竞争环境非常激烈,体外诊断企业都面临着产品生命周期不断缩短的压力。企业只有不断地开发新产品,将新产品快速推向市场,才能在体外诊断行业中保持竞争力,只有满足客户使用需求才能够占有一定的市场份额。产品开发创新是企业生命之所在,新产品创新开发已经成为时代发展的主旋律,产品创新开发是企业持续发展的动力。因此新产品开发对医疗器械企业的战略意义十分显著,它是企业生存与发展的重要基石。 论文以“一瑞生物产品开发战略研究”为题,结合战略管理理论、项目管理理论、风险管理和产品开发战略理论,通过对一瑞生物新产品开发过程遇到的实际问题进行分析研究,通过对一瑞生物内部环境分析和外部环境分析,从而制定出适合当今一瑞生物产品开发的战略,制定出如何确保一瑞生物新产品开发战略实施的策略。 论文运用SWOT分析方法,综合分析了一瑞生物产品开发过程中的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战并提出适合的战略路径,一瑞生物通过差异化战略和目标集中战略来赢得竞争优势,为确保战略的顺利实施,论文还提出了新产品开发设计流程的制定方法,人才管理制度的建立,产品开发战略实施过程中产品质量如何得到保障,同时还提出产品开发战略实施过程中如何进行评价与如何对产品开发战略进行控制,确保战略顺利实施。 希望通过本文的研究,能够为一瑞生物当前产品开发起到一定指导作用,使得一瑞生物在体外诊断领域开发的新产品更具竞争力,占居更大的市场份额,进而使企业获得更多的收益。  
英文摘要:Nowadays, the competition environment of in vitro diagnosis industry is fierce. Most enterprises are under increasing pressure that the life cycle of product is getting shorter and shorter. To remain competitive and market share in the in vitro diagnosis industry, companies must constantly develop new products and quickly market them to meet the changing market demands. Product development and innovation is the life of enterprise. Product development and innovation has also become the main theme of the development of The Times. Product development and innovation is the driving force for the continuous development of enterprises. The risks of in vitro diagnostic products include long development period, high capital investment, so the product development has important strategic significance for the enterprise, it is the important for the survive and development of enterprise. The title of the paper is "The product development strategy research of Era Biology". The paper combined the theory of strategic management theory, project quality management theory, risk management and product development strategy theory, developed the product development strategy of era biology and the strategy which ensure the implementation of new product development strategy by analyzing the actual problems met in the process of new product development research, and the internal environment and external environment of era biology. The paper used SWOT analysis method, comprehensively analyzed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of Era Biology during the development process, put forward the suitable strategy. Era Biology won the competitive advantage depending on differentiation strategy and focus strategy. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of strategy, the paper also put forward the product development process, personnel management system, product development strategy and implementation of quality assurance, as well as the implementation of process evaluation and control safefuard measures. We hope that this research can provide instruction for the product development of Era Biology. Make the new products of Era Biology become more competitive in the in vitro diagnosis field so that the new product development can bring greater benifits to the enterprise.
