| 中文摘要: | 中国经济正在以前所未有的速度发展壮大,对于城市发展必须的土地需求也是增加迅速,城市空间需求矛盾凸显严重。特别是随着现有家庭收入的增加,经济水平的支持,各家所拥有汽车数量集聚增幅,这种爆发式的汽车数量增长模式,带来了一系列的通行及车辆停靠问题,如道路拥堵,停车困难等等。为了遵循国家所提出的18亿亩耕地红线不被突破的要求,并顺利解决土地资源紧张的问题,城市发展理念也在逐步转变,正在从摊饼式的平面发展转变为更加注重竖向强度的开发,最典型的代表就是地下空间的开发利用。当前,我国多数一线城市,如北京、上海、广州、深圳等地方均进入了地下空间开发利用的快速发展阶段,进行了“规模化、系统化、综合化”的地下空间开发。近些年来,青岛市的经济发展也是以异于其他城市的发展速度高速发展,社会生产力较大幅度提升,居住人群对城市发展的需求也是同比例增加,在这种供需矛盾日益突出的情况下,地下空间开发利用逐步进入了人们研究的视觉范围,快速成为人们解决城市各种供需矛盾,阻碍城市快速发展等一系列问题的有效手段。通过对国内外其他城市地下空间开发成功实例来开,地下空间开发的第一步将是依托地铁的发展,以地铁为骨架,在城市整个片区搭起地下空间开发的骨骼,在一点带线,由线连面的形式完成城市各片区整体的地下空间开发体系。当前青岛市地铁系统已全面规划,并紧锣密鼓的实施建设,这也为青岛市的地下空间开发提供了先决条件;另一方面,从青岛市整体的发展趋势来看,对城市地下商业综合体、地下停车场地的需求将会日益增加,而从当前局势来看,青岛市在该领域的设施配备还尤为欠缺,因此以青岛市发展为大背景,系统化研究青岛市地下空间开发利用问题显得十分必要。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of our social economy, the demand of urban construction land increase, urban space capacity of the increasingly prominent contradiction between supply and demand. Especially car ownership of explosive growth, leading to a sharp decline in road traffic capacity, parking Spaces, woefully inadequate. To break through the red line of 1.8 billion mu of arable land, and effectively break through the bottleneck of shortage of land resources, urban construction is from focusing on highly model of development and expansion, to pay more attention to the development and utilization of underground space resource. At present, many cities in our country has entered into the underground space development and utilization of the large-scale, systematic and comprehensive development at a high speed. Urban underground space development and utilization, is to solve the urban construction of space and the effective ways to improve urban comprehensive function, is to improve the land utilization, and promote an effective measure for the sustainable development of cities. In recent years, the rapid development of Qingdao's economic and social productivity rise ceaselessly, people demand for urban development is increasing, the underground space resource arises at the historic moment, become solve the problem of modern city, an important means of promoting the sustainable development of city. The Qingdao urban underground space development and utilization planning, determine the key development area of underground space for the subway lines and stations, urban main road and intersection, the central plaza, (green), business center, city mountain, large-scale residential and large public facilities, etc. City subway lines as the coordinate axis, to develop the underground space to promote the development of surrounding areas of the subway, by subway gather the enormous stream of people, attract more investment and construction, to adjust the overall structure of the city. Qingdao business circle present on the ground, its function type and complete supporting facilities has been, by contrast, underground space development and utilization are woefully inadequate. Existing business circle of commercial building is only a small number of underground space is developed as a supermarket and underground parking lot, but the lack of a large, single construction of underground engineering, many commercial traffic in the area has reached the degree of approaching saturation, the commercial space need to expand capacity, underground space such as parking lots, commerce, culture, catering, entertainment and other functional space construction is very necessary. | |
