中文摘要: | 随着中国人民币国际化进程的不断加速以及企业“走出去”战略的日益深化,作为其中重要一环的跨境人民币业务也自开展试点到覆盖全国至今已跨入了第八个年头了,无论是其涉及的地域广度及行业领域的深度,还是业务形式的多样性等方面,跨境人民币业务在我国已经进入到了一个新的阶段。作为跨境人民币业务的重要参与主体,商业银行近年来,跨境人民币业务无论从结算量还是从相关产品的营销来看都出现了大幅度的增长。然而,与高速发展的业务量同时出现的是一些新的有待解决的问题与困境,这不仅引起了银行业内人士的重视,也得到了其他相关利益主体的广泛关注。本文正是鉴于这个原因从商业银行的角度出发,对跨境人民币业务发展的原因和历程进行全面的梳理,重点归纳和分析在发展过程中的实践瓶颈及产生问题的内外部原因,并根据此研究商业银行的应对措施,从而为新政策的出台提供可靠的参考依据。本文共分成六个部分,在第一部分,本文介绍了本文的研究目的和研究背景,并归纳整理了国内外的相关文献,接着分类介绍了商业银行跨境人民币业务的产品类型,并将其与传统的国际结算方法进行了对比,对其进行了风险分析。随后,本文以C银行跨境人民币业务客户、产品和风险控制方面为切入点,对跨境人民币业务的发展现状进行了分析,并深入的分析了其产生的原因。根据以上出现的各种问题,本文针对客户、产品和风险控制等方面进行了深入的研究,并提出了相应的解决思路。本文的第六部分是对全文研究的总结,总结本次研究中需要改进之处,并预期了C银行跨境人民币业务的未来发展方向。通过上文的综述,本文得出跨境人民币业务在政府政策的支持下,相当数量的商业银行各具优势,发展潜力巨大。但由于自身的一些局限性和经营理念上的差异,C银行跨境人民币业务发展也遇到很多瓶颈问题,其中包括客户、产品、风险控制等方面。C银行必须要以相关政策为指导,结合自身的实际情况,对现实问题进行分析,从而找出相问题发生的原因,并提出相应的解决对策,这样才有利于C银行的进一步发展,才能为人民币的国际化打造更好的发展平台和发展环境。 | |
英文摘要: | As the process of China RMB internationalization and accelerating the "Going Out" strategy is increasingly deepening, as one of the most important ring, cross-border RMB business from establishing pilot to covering the whole country has entered the eighth year, whether in geographical breadth and depth of the industry involved in the field of diversity, or other aspects, it has entered a new stage. Commercial banks, as a main role of the cross-border RMB business, whose business appears a substantial growth in recent years, no matter in the settlement amount or in the related products marketing. However, the high-speed development parallels some new problems and difficulties to be resolved, which not only caused the banking industry's attention, but also has been widely concerned with other related parties. This paper, in view of the above reasons, reviews the reason and the process of cross-border RMB business development of comprehensively from the angle of commercial banks. It mainly summarizes and analyzes the difficulties in practice and internal and external causes which produce these difficulties. This article accordingly puts forward some operable measures for commercial banks to overcome difficulties, and provides a reliable theoretical basis and decision-making reference in present stage for the policy adjustment. This paper consists of six parts. After the introduction of the writing background and significance, research methods and ideas, these papers not only reviews and assesses the relevant domestic and foreign research literature but also retrospect the relevant theories and polices. On the basis of that, this paper summarizes the commercial bank cross-border RMB business product classification, the similarities and differences between this business and the traditional international settlement business and the risk analysis. This paper then introduces cross-border RMB business customers, products and risk control measures of C bank, analyses the development status of this business and probes the profound causes. Considering the above diverse problems and difficulties arising, this paper further analyses the aspects of cross-border RMB business customers, products and risk control measures and this paper therefore proposes some measures and innovative ideas to solve the above problems. The last part concludes the paper and points out the shortcomings, and puts forward C bank’s prospect of the cross-border RMB business and trends. This paper ultimately concludes: After a series of policies on cross-border RMB being promulgated, a considerable number of China's commercial banks have their own competitive advantages and great potential for future prospects. But the deviation due to C bank’s limitations and business philosophy brings about many difficult problems in business development process, including the aspects of cross-border RMB business customers, products, risk control measures, etc. C bank must act according to their own situation, in the relevant policy guidance, find out the causes of the problems, and actively seek practical countermeasures in order to lay a solid foundation for further development, and to provide a better financial plat form for its RMB business "Going Out". | |
