中文摘要：	伴随着信息技术的迅猛发展，多样化虚拟社区应运而生，为用户参与互联网活动提供了新途径，日渐改变着用户的日常生活。虚拟社区作为重要的知识分享平台，为用户提供了大量的优质互联网资源。现阶段国内外关于虚拟社区知识分享的研究多是聚焦在知识分享行为和知识分享意愿及其影响因素，并未区分初始知识分享与持续知识分享。而虚拟社区想要获得长远发展，就需要社区成员连续不断的分享知识，因此研究虚拟社区用户持续知识分享意愿具有重大意义。本文以果壳网、科学网等科学社区为主要研究对象，在对国内外有关虚拟社区以及知识分享意愿相关研究文献进行梳理的基础上，从社会网络联系角度出发，结合社会资本理论，在信息系统持续使用模型的基础上构建科学社区持续知识分享意愿理论模型。并根据此设计调查问卷，采用描述性统计，信度效度分析，相关性分析和回归分析等分析方法，进一步检验相关研究假设。在通过实证分析得出结果的基础上，总结各个影响因子对科学社区用户持续知识分享意愿的影响效力，得出研究结论。研究表明：在社会资本维度中，关系资本对满意度和持续知识分享意愿均有显著影响；认知资本对满意度和持续知识分享意愿均有显著影响；知识分享满意度显著地影响持续知识分享意愿。此外，本研究还证明了满意度对社会资本与持续知识分享意愿的关系所起得中介作用以及用户习惯在满意度对持续知识分享意愿的影响中所起的调节作用。图5幅，表21个，参考文献70篇。
英文摘要：	With the rapid development of information technology, diversified virtual communities have emerged.They provide new ways for users to participate in internet activities and have gradually changed people's daily life. Virtual community, as an important knowledge sharing platform, provides users with a lot of high-quality Internet resources. At present, researches on virtual community knowledge sharing at home and abroad are mainly focused on knowledge sharing behavior and knowledge sharing desire.A few studies focus on the difference between initial knowledge sharing and continuous knowledge sharing. In order to achieve long-term development, constantly sharing knowledge among community members is necessary for virtual communities. It is of great significance to study the willingness of virtual community users to share continuous knowledge. In this paper, the main research object are users from the scientific community such as Guokr and Science Net.On the basis of studying related research about the virtual community and knowledge sharing willingness at home and abroad,this study combine the theory of social capital and the continuous use model of information system,build the theoretical model for knowledge sharing willingness of scientific community from the perspective of social network. The analytical methods used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.Based on a variety of analytical methods, this paper summarizes the influence of each influencing factor on the continuous willingness of the user to share knowledge and come to the conclusion. Research shows that: In the social capital dimension, relational capital has a significant impact on satisfaction and willingness to continue knowledge sharing; cognitive capital has a significant impact on satisfaction and willingness to continue knowledge sharing.User’s satisfaction is significantly related to knowledge sharing continuance intention in scientific communities.This research also proves that user’s satisfaction was a mediator in the relationship between the social capital and continuous knowledge sharing intention. User habits plays a regulatory role in the relationship between user’s satisfaction and continuous knowledge sharing intention.5 Figures.21 Tables.70 References.
