中文摘要：	随着知识经济的兴起和企业知识管理的蓬勃发展，近些年来国内外（主要是国外）对企业的知识管理研究显著增多。相比之下，研究档案界知识管理领域的文章虽然也在增长，并取得了一定的研究成果，但理论尚未成熟，尤其是对档案馆知识管理的具体实施问题尚没有多少学者进行过深入细致的讨论。因此，对目前所有关于档案馆知识管理的论文进行梳理，并针对目前实践过程中档案知识管理面临的各种问题进行分析，针对问题提出一些改进档案馆知识管理的策略就显得很有意义。 本文首先分析了档案馆知识管理的研究背景，在这种大背景下进一步阐释了档案馆实施知识管理的必要性和可行性，并对本论文的研究思路和方法进行了说明。 在此基础上，本文对档案馆知识管理涉及的相关概念进行了解析，并对国内外此领域的研究论文进行回顾和分析，总结了近几年的研究成果，指出了研究的不足之处。 而后转入实践层次，对目前我国档案馆知识管理实施面临的各种问题和原因进行分析。主要问题从人才人力、文化、管理三个方面阐释，产生这些问题的根源则归结为对档案知识管理的认识不够、实施档案知识管理的动力不足、条件不充分。 接下来，对如何更好地实施档案馆知识管理进行了策略探讨。包括结合本部门业务，建立档案知识库；注重人力资本建设，构建学习型组织；开发员工岗位知识，进行高效的岗位知识管理；高度重视知识的创新与服务几大方面。并以“档案界”论坛为例，对知识管理进行了案例分析。 最后，构建了一个档案馆知识管理绩效评价体系。
英文摘要：	With the development of knowledge management economy and enterprise knowledge management, the papers on knowledge management are increased significantly. Although the papers on archive knowledge management are growing too, and they have achieved certain results, the theory is not yet mature enough. Especially for the Archives of the specific implementation of knowledge management issues, many scholars have not induced thorough and meticulous discussion. Therefore, we have to sort out the papers studied archive knowledge management, analyze the various problems existed in the current practice of archive knowledge management, and propose some solutions to improve the problems. Firstly, this dissertation analyzes the research background of archive knowledge management. In the context of such background, it further explains the necessity and feasibility for the knowledge management in archives. And then the research ideas and methods are described. On this basis, the dissertation analyses the concept relating to the archive knowledge management, it analyzes and reviews the papers in this field both at home and abroad, sumps up the results of research in recent years, and pointes out the shortcomings. And then, it turns to practice, and analyzes the issues and causes during the current implementation of archive knowledge management. The issues are explained from the talented human resources, culture, and management. The reasons are attributed to the thought of archive knowledge management is not enough, the implementation of the archive knowledge management is less than a driving force, and the conditions are not sufficient. Next, it proposes some guidance on how to better implement the archive knowledge management. For example, we can establish the archive knowledge bases connected with the business sector, focus on building human capital, build a learning organization, develop the knowledge of the staff position, conduct efficient position knowledge management, attach great importance to the knowledge innovation and service, and so on. And then, it takes “archive border” forum as an example, so as to make a case study of knowledge management. At last, it builds a knowledge management performance evaluation system.
