中文摘要: | 全球经济正朝着多元化、一体化的方向发展,国内企业肩负着本土市场与国际市场的双重压力,企业国际化不仅是企业自身发展的需要,更是企业长期生存的需要。因此,只有真正找到一个适合企业自身实际情况的国际化战略,才能保证企业能够长远稳定的发展。船舶工业中最重要得组成部分就是船舶配套产业,其发展水平决定着船舶工业综合竞争能力的高低。自从21世纪以来,我国成为世界最大的造船国之一,我国的船舶配套产业也取得了一定的进步,形成了较为完整的产业体系。但随着国际船舶市场持续低迷,如何在低迷的市场环境下求得生存,将是船舶配套企业面临的重要问题,配套企业经营压力将越来越大,有限的市场订单也将加剧企业之间的竞争。与此同时,船舶配套环保设备在国际船舶市场受到青睐,尤其是国际压载水管理公约的生效,必将带动压载水处理系统的快速发展,船舶配套细分市场将迎来重大机遇。 本文以L公司国际化战略作为研究对象,首先引入了国际化战略及国际市场进入模式的相关理论,为研究L公司的国际化战略提供理论基础。其次,通过对L公司的国际化现状、动因进行论述,运用PEST分析法对L公司国际化的外部环境进行分析,对L公司内部环境中的优势和劣势进行对比,运用SWOT分析法对L公司的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行总结,并依此提出L公司国际化的战略目标和战略选择。最后,本文为L公司的国际化战略提供切实可行的战略计划和实施保障,并做出针对性的对策和建议,为L公司开拓国际市场提供参考。 | |
英文摘要: | The global economy is developing towards diversification and integration, Chinese enterprises shoulder the double pressure from domestic market and international market. Enterprise internationalization is not only the need of enterprises' own development, but also the long-term survival of enterprises. Therefore, it is only to find an international strategy which is suitable for the actual situation of the enterprises, which can ensure the long-term stable development of the enterprises. The Marine Equipment Industry is an important part of shipbuilding industry, and its development level directly affects the comprehensive competitiveness of the shipbuilding industry. Since twenty-first Century, China has become one of the largest shipbuilding countries in the world. The development of Chinese Marine Equipment Industry has made some progress, forming a relatively complete industrial system. However, as the international shipping market continues to slump, how to survive in a depressed market environment will be an important problem for Marine Equipment Enterprise, and the operation pressure for Marine Equipment Enterprise will be bigger and bigger. At the same time, the limited market orders will also exacerbate competition among the enterprises. At the same time, the marine environmental protection equipments will be favored in the International shipping market, especially the effective of International Convention for the Management of Ships Ballast water, which will drive the rapid development of ballast water treatment system, marine equipment market will have a major opportunity. L Corporation is the study object of this thesis. Firstly, this thesis discussed the theory of international strategy and international market entrance model, which provides theoretical basis for studying the internationalization strategy of L Corporation. Secondly, through analyzing the status and reasons of L Corporation’s internationalization, using PEST tool to analyze external environment, comparing the strengths and weaknesses of the L Corporation's internal environment, then using SWOT analysis to conclude the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of L Corporation. Based on this analyze, the thesis stated L Corporation’s internationalization strategic goals and strategic choice. Finally, the thesis provides a feasible strategic plan and implementation guarantee for the international strategy of L Corporation, and makes specific countermeasures and Suggestions, which will provide some reference for L Corporation to expand international market. | |
