| 中文摘要: | “一带一路”与“走出去”的战略背景为我国企业进行新时期海外市场拓展、寻求新的经济增长点给予了政策性支撑和鼓励。但目前海外工程项目均面临着我国与项目所在国不同的政治社会环境所带来的难题,在不同的国家会遇到不同的社会民众接受程度,这为前期市场拓展和后期项目执行带来了巨大的风险和挑战。而社会接受度研究是以政府及社会大众与项目之间的相互作用关系为研究对象,目的在于通过研究地方政府和社会群众的情感意识倾向性,处理解决绝大多数社会群众的一般性利益与国家和地区发展利益之间的潜在冲突。本研究试图通过项目干系人管理的视角,用AHP法来构建海外工程项目的评价模型,进而对项目所在国政府以及周边的民众进行社会接受度水平的实证分析并得到一般性结论。在开始进行社会接受度调查之前,本研究先引入项目利益相关者的管理理论,并客观分析目前海外项目社会接受度工作的现状和未来研究的必要性,通过分析不同群体对项目的影响因素大小后,筛选出其中的主要影响因素进行AHP法建模,通过三级评价指标体系来量化接受度模型并得到数据分析结果。在获取大量接受度信息的过程中,本研究主要借助于目前用户数量最多的社交软件和邮件及发送传单等方式,在全面分析社交媒体的特点后结合海外工程项目的特征去提出未来研究的方向和模型的完善方向。在海外项目社会接受度评价的一般性结论后,本研究会结合项目所在国家和地区的特点,去思考和探索未来项目社会接受度的合理评价方法,结合现有的研究结论去发散研究理念,得到一个可以得到认可海外项目社会接受度评价系统并能够对未来进行展望和延伸研究,最终的研究结果可以给同类型的工程项目带来参考意见,也可以为中国企业更好地走出去服务。 | |
| 英文摘要: | During recent years, Chinese government put forward two development strategies “The Belt and Road” and “Go global Strategy” which provide policy support and encouragement for Chinese enterprises to expand overseas markets and seek new economic growth points. However most of these overseas projects are facing serious problems which caused by the different political and social environment between China and project host country. It will cause a significant risk and challenge for overseas project management due to different social public acceptance in these countries. The study of social acceptance is based on the interaction between the public attitude and the project, which aims to solve the potential conflict between the general interests of the public and the national development interests by studying the characteristics of the emotional consciousness of the public. This thesis attempts to establish an evaluation system of overseas projects by AHP method through the perspective of project stakeholder management, and then analyzes the social acceptance of the project host country and obtains the general conclusion. Before starting the social acceptance survey, this thesis first introduces the project stakeholder management theory and social acceptance theory, then start the objective analysis of the current status of overseas project social acceptance and the necessity for future research. Analyzing the influence factors of diverse groups on the project, and selects the main influencing factors to establish AHP evaluation model. Through the three-level evaluation index System to quantify the acceptance model and get the data analysis results. In the process of collecting a large amount of acceptance information, this thesis uses the most popular social software and e-mail to send questionnaire. Points out the importance and reliability of social media in studying the level of overseas projects’ social acceptance, then analyzes the relationship between social media and project social acceptance. After analyzing the characteristics of social media and combining with the characteristics of overseas projects, this thesis will put forward the future research direction and application prospects. The final analysis results can bring reference experience to other related projects, finally it can help Chinese companies to go into global market. | |
