| 中文摘要: | 当前,我国正处于经济转型和发展的“新常态”,对企业而言,这既是挑战也是机遇。优秀的企业文化不仅能帮助企业有效应对经济增长放缓所带来的挑战,而且能够引领企业在外部环境发生重大变化、行业风险集中释放的情况下,最大程度地发挥出企业经营潜力,提升管理效率和发展质量。例如:20世纪70年代,伴随日本经济的转型崛起,涌现出了丰田、本田、索尼、松下和爱普生等一大批世界级的著名企业;21世纪初,在美国互联网科技浪潮下,微软、苹果、谷歌等企业迅速成为全球经济的巨人。这些企业的成长有一个共同特点:企业文化在企业的经营管理中发挥了重要的作用,现代企业之间的竞争已经由过去的资金、技术、人力等资源型竞争,上升为更高层次的企业文化的竞争。企业文化是一种具有企业独特性的文化管理方式,能够对企业各个方面的发展产生重要的影响,富有特色的企业文化,能够成企业持续发展的基石。作为企业发展的风向标,企业文化能够增进内部凝聚力和向心力,帮助企业有效应对各种挑战。曾经作为优秀企业的山西梨花春酿酒集团有限公司虽然过去几年之中取得了巨大的成功,但是现有的竞争力已经不能保证其随着经济发展而日益扩大的酒类消费市场竞争中立于不败之地,也就是说,该集团急需提高竞争力来应对各种挑战,而企业文化建设能够帮助企业有效应对各种未知的挑战。本论文以山西梨花春酿酒集团作为研究对象,通过搜集该集团发展史以及目前所处的环境,对山西梨花春酿酒集团企业文化的发展历史及现状进行系统的梳理,并将其与其他同类酒企的企业文化进行比较,挖掘出该集团在企业文化建设中存在的一系列问题,然后通过综合采用文献归纳法、调研访谈法、比较分析法、环境分析法对梨花春集团企业文化发展环境进行分析与研究,并针对存在的问题探索性的提出对应的改进的基本原则与具体措施,以推动梨花春酿酒集团的企业文化建设,保证该集团在新的竞争环境中始终保持良好的发展势头。只有全方位、系统、持之以恒发展才是梨花春集团文化建设的不二选择。希望未来通过企业文化的构建,提高集团管理效率和活力,实现集团新发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | At present, our country is in economic transition and development of the \"new normal\", for enterprises, it is both challenge and opportunity.Outstanding enterprise culture can not only help enterprises to effectively cope with the challenge brought by the economic slowdown, but also can lead the enterprise in the risk of major changes in the external environment, industry concentration release, under the condition of maximum play business potential, enhance management efficiency and quality of development.For example: in the 1970 s, along with the transformation of the Japanese economy rise, emerge the Toyota, Honda, SONY, panasonic, and a large number of world famous enterprises such as epson;At the beginning of the 21st century, under the wave of the Internet technology, Microsoft, apple, Google and other companies quickly became a global economic giant.The growth of these companies have a common characteristic: the enterprise culture in enterprise management plays an important role, the competition between modern enterprises has been from the past in the capital, technology, human resources competition, such as increased to a higher level of competition of enterprise culture. Enterprise culture is a kind of enterprise management with unique characteristics, can have an important impact on the development of various aspects of the enterprise. Distinctive enterprise culture can become the cornerstone of sustainable development of enterprises. As a benchmark for enterprise development, enterprise culture can enhance internal cohesion and centripetal force to help enterprise to respond effectively to a varity of challenges. Once in the past few years, though Lihuachun Brewery Group Co., Ltd. has been a great success,the existing competitiveness has been unable to ensure that with the economic development of the growing alcohol consumption market competition in an invincible position, that is to say, the group needs to improve its competitiveness to meet the challenges, and enterprise culture can help enterprises to effectively respond to a variety of unknown challenges. This paper uses Shanxi Lihuachun Brewery Group as the research topic, though collecting the history of development and current environment of this enterprise, systematically combs the development of enterprise culture of Shanxi Lihuachun Brewery Group, and compares it with other corporate culture of similar liquor companies, then, using this information to find the shortcomings of the construction of enterprise culture of Lihuachun Brewery Group. Furthermore, through the comprehensive application of multiple models, such as literature induction, research and interview, comparative analysis and environmental analysis, the paper analyzes and studies the development environment of enterprise culture in Lihuachun Brewery Group, and gives some basic principles and specific measures that correspond to the existing shortcomings, in order to promoting the Lihuachun Brewery Group of corporate documents construction, and ensure that the Group in the new competitive environment has always maintained a good momentum of development. Only all-round, the system, perseverance development is the development of Lihuachun Brewery Group cultural construction of the best choice. Hope that the future through the construction of corporate culture can improve the efficiency and vitality of the Group to achieve the Group's new development. | |
