中文摘要: | 随着我国医疗体制改革的不断推进,各项政策惠及民生,居民的健康意识不断增强,对医疗服务的需求也与日俱增,医疗器械行业迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。而自2013年以来,国家为了降低居民医疗费用,在减少医疗器械的流通环节的同时保证医疗器械在生产、经营和使用的全流程上安全有效,于是各项行业监管政策陆续出台,市场上众多的处在中间环节的医疗器械代理公司由于规模小、资金少、自身经营不规范等限制条件,面临着巨大的发展挑战。党的十八届三中全会以来,新一轮国有企业混合所有制改革的浪潮掀起,对于处在充分竞争的行业和领域,政策层面大力鼓励非公有制企业参与到改革之中。由于历史的经验不足,很多民营企业参与国企改革的动力不强。如何选取共同的发展目标,实现优势互补和协同效应,给国有企业和民营企业带来新的利润增长点。在这种情况下,站在民营企业的角度思考国企混合所有制改革的问题变得尤为重要。本文的研究意义,一是站在被收购的民营企业的角度看混合所有制改革给民营企业带来的发展;二是运用相关的战略管理理论,对医疗改革后的医疗器械行业进行详细的分析,为身处在医疗器械行业中的其他企业提供一些发展思路;三是为国药器械天津公司制定有效的竞争战略,帮助其更好的发展。本文以国药器械天津公司为案例,其前身是一家小型民营医疗器械代理公司,在混合所有制改革和医疗器械行业改革的双重背景下,运用企业战略管理的理论和方法,对国药器械天津公司参与混合所有制改革后的内外部环境进行分析,得出企业发展的机会和威胁、优势和劣势,综合运用SWOT分析法,为公司制定出差异化竞争战略,并提出公司的战略实施途径和保障措施,明确企业未来的发展方向。本文的创新之处在于站在被收购的民营企业的角度去看混合所有制改革给民营企业带来的发展,另一方面本文力求解决国药器械天津公司的实际战略问题,无论是实用性还是可操作性都是比较强的。 | |
英文摘要: | With the advancement of medical system reform in our country, various policy benefit the livelihood of the people, to enhance residents' health consciousness, is growing demand for medical services, medical apparatus and instruments industry ushered in the unprecedented development opportunity. And since 2013, the state in order to reduce the residents' medical expenses, to reduce the circulation at the same time to ensure that medical devices in the production, management and use of the whole process is safe and effective, so the industry regulatory policy developed, many on the market in the middle link of medical apparatus and instruments agents due to their small size, less money, their own constraints such as nonstandard management, faced with huge development challenges. Due to the lack of experience in history, many private enterprises have little incentive to participate in soe reform. In this situation, it is very important to think about the reform of mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises from the perspective of private enterprises. The research significance of this paper is to see the development of mixed ownership reform in the perspective of private enterprises being acquired. The second is to use the relevant strategic management theory to analyze the medical device industry after medical reform and provide some development ideas for other enterprises in the medical device industry. The third is to develop an effective competition strategy for the national pharmaceutical equipment tianjin company to help it develop better. Based on Sinopharm Tianjin Company as a case, its predecessor is a small private medical equipment agent company, in a mixed ownership reform and dual background of the reform of the medical treatment apparatus profession, the enterprise strategic management theory and methods, for Sinopharm Tianjin Company after participating in mixed ownership reform, the company's internal and external environment analysis, it is concluded that the development of the enterprise, opportunities and threats, advantages and disadvantages, the integrated use of SWOT analysis, competitive strategy for the company on a business trip alienation, and put forward the company's strategic implementation way and safeguard measures, indicate enterprise development direction in the future.
