The financial education and training industry gradually diverged, and the technical resources, market resources, human resources, capital resources gradually concentrated to some large enterprises, which posed a great threat to small and medium-sized enterprises. For small and medium financial education and training institutions, to achieve the survival and growth opportunities, must be combined with their own advantages and resources, planning strategy, innovation in the business model. Shenzhen C financial education and training company is a company specializing in financial education and training, the company positioning high-end market, the current enterprises are facing fierce competition in the market and the need for internal standardization. In the current situation, Shenzhen C financial education and training company to seek greater development, we need to seize the current opportunity to accelerate the development of strategic layout.
