| 中文摘要: | 制造业做为世界第一大产业,受到各国的重视。中国在改革开放的30年时间里,凭借艰苦卓绝的奋斗,成长为世界第一制造大国。进入二十一世纪以来,随着中国人口红利的逐渐消失,中国制造业的发展进入了瓶颈期,具体体现为低效、高成本和系统管理方面的缺失。 对于现代制造企业来说,如何合理有效的进行生产管理,使之成为高效的、有核心价值的、有合理方法来管理的现代化企业,是很多企业主面临的一大挑战。尤其是面向订单生产的企业,客户的要求往往是多种多样的,如何适应其快速性,多变性等特点。仅仅一套生产运营体系已经不能提供足够的支持,从现代制造业发展的趋势来看,项目管理正在成为管理复杂流程的卓越的有效的工具。 本文以作者目前就职的企业-约翰克兰公司的密封支持系统的订单项目为研究对象,依托项目管理和运营管理相关理论,对订单式生产的特定生产模式进行了分析。并在此基础上对执行项目管理的可行性进行了分析,特别是如何快速有效的对两种理论进行合理的结合,使项目管理的工具在订单式管理的运营生产基础上进行无障碍的管理并使其优势最大化方面进行了深入的研究。结合公司实际的产品运营独有的特点对流程进行了分析,并对传统的运营制造模式给予改进建议。用项目管理的知识、体系、流程对现有的公司实际的生产管理的团队进行建设,流程模式进项再造,以提高公司对国际项目的管理和把控能力。按照项目管理的传统模式,以阶段式管理划分里程碑,定义出项目启动阶段,项目计划阶段,项目执行和控制阶段以及项目收尾阶段,尽量使客户的不同需要得到满足,使企业的运营效率得到提高,以提高企业自身在市场中的竞争力。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Manufacturing industry has become the biggest industry around the world. In 30 year Chinese reformation progress, Chinese people have been working hard, solving lots of tough problems, right now, China has been recognized as the first manufacturing country. Stepping in to the 21th century, Chinese manufacturing industry met the bottle neck caused by the strength missing on demographic dividend. In free marketing competition, Chinese manufacturing showed out low efficiency, high cost and not professional on integrity management. How to manage the production effectively to have company keep high efficiency, have the core value have been becoming a big challenge for current enterprise, especially on how to manage the Make to order production, as the customer already has different requirement. Company need build a capability to meet those huge cross requirements by quickly feedback. Just a single operation management mode probably hart to support on those requirements. As following up current manufacturing company’s management trend, involve project management method will be a good option to manage the dedicated complicated process. This thesis will analysis characteristic of Make-To-Order, the major product – sealant system which run in John Crane Company. Thesis will base on the basic theory of operation management and project management, to analysis MTO order special characteristic and how implement the order, what the potential feasibilities to run the order with standard project management method, to improve the efficiency of order management. This thesis considered about the background of John Crane how to manage order at the current status, using project management tools to improve the traditional MTO order management in John Crane. Author mainly focus on how to do the project management team building and how to improvement the MTO order implement process based one project life cycle. So that John Crane can improve the operation efficiency and the share of the market. | |
