| 中文摘要: | 保险业在我国正处于快速发展期,发展潜力不可估量。随着国力的增强,人民生活水平的提供高,人们对于保险的需求与日俱增。在接下来的十年,国内的保险行业将迎来关键的发展时期。在行业发展趋势良好的背景下,近年来电话销售渠道作为保险销售的主要渠道已成为各大保险公司必争之地,如何招募并管理好电话销售团队也成为了各个保险公司必须要认真思考的问题。本文以D保险天津分公司电话销售人员为例,通过问卷调查、关键人员访谈等方式对电话销售人员的现状进行调研,并就其离职的特点进行分析、研究,找出员工离职背后的真实原因,为D保险天津分公司降低电话销售人员流失率提供一定的借鉴。 本文回顾了员工离职与员工留用的相关理论研究,讨论了D保险天津分公司电话销售人员流失的现状,分析了造成电话销售人员高离职率的原因,并通过问卷调查、访谈等形式挖掘高流失率背后的故事,找到了D保险天津分公司电话销售人员高离职率的影响因素,最后,结合影响因素提出了降低员工离职率的对策。 论文以D保险天津分公司为例,研究了其自身情况和所处地区的环境变化,制定了降低员工流失率的策略,为D保险天津分公司未来发展提供了参考依据。本文研究结论对于D保险天津分公司电话销售队伍建设具有一定的指导意义,也对同类型企业留住电话销售专业人才具有一定的参考意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Insurance industry in China is in a period of rapid development, the development potential is immeasurable. With the enhancement of national strength and the high level of people's living standard, people's demand for insurance is increasing day by day. In the next ten years, the domestic insurance industry will usher in a critical period of development. In the background of good development trend of the industry, in recent years, telephone sales channels as the main channel of insurance sales have become the major insurance companies, and how to recruit and manage the telephone sales team has become a problem that all insurance companies must seriously think about. This paper takes D insurance company Tianjin branch telephone sales staff as an example, through questionnaire survey and interviews of key personnel situation of telephone sales staff to conduct research and analysis, research on the characteristics of employee turnover turnover, find out the real reason behind, D insurance company Tianjin branch, to reduce the turnover rate of sales staff to provide a telephone reference. This paper reviews the related theories of employee turnover and employee retention, and discusses the status quo of D insurance company Tianjin branch telephone sales staff turnover, analyzes the reasons of high turnover rate caused by telephone sales staff, and through questionnaires, interviews and other forms of mining high turnover rate behind the story, to find the factors affecting D insurance Tianjin branch company telephone sales staff turnover rate. Finally, combining the factors put forward countermeasures to reduce employee turnover rate. Taking D insurance Tianjin branch as an example, this paper studies its own situation and the environmental changes in the region, and sets up a strategy to reduce the turnover rate of employees, which provides a reference for the future development of D insurance Tianjin branch.
