| 中文摘要: | 根据我国汽车工业协会最新数据显示,我国汽车产销量已经连续六年位居全球第一位。根据预测,到2025年我国的汽车金融市场将到达5250亿元以上。预计在未来的3到5年,我国的汽车消费贷款其渗透率将达到40%-50%以上。作为推动我国汽车行业快速发展的引擎之一,个人汽车消费信贷领域的服务创新在这几年得到了极大的发展。汽车金融公司与汽车生产厂家紧密合作,使之成为专业化的金融服务机构。汽车金融公司将成为我国汽车金融领域的最有竞争力的经营主体。然而,汽车金融公司也承担着一定的信贷风险。其目标不仅仅是单纯的利润最大化,也担负着通过汽车信贷促进车辆销售的任务。本文以沃尔沃汽车金融为例,主要阐述了如何加强汽车消费信贷业务的风险管理。 首先,本文通过对汽车金融公司在国内和国外的发展历程的介绍,对商业银行和汽车金融公司的股东对比,以及个人汽车信贷业务的目的,其金融产品的特点,业务的稳定性,以及审批效率等做了多方面的对比分析。 其次,重点以沃尔沃汽车金融公司为例,对于若干汽车消费信贷所面临的风险进行了梳理总结,例如汽车金融公司的操作风险,借款人的信用风险,以及借款人与汽车金融公司的声誉风险等等。以汽车金融信贷业务流程的相关工作节点为切入点进行了分析。对操作风险,信用风险以及声誉风险的成因以及特点进行了总结。 最后,本文分析了在目前我国社会群体的信用状况以及法律法规的现状下,如何通过采用相关措施,使得汽车金融公司能够加强对于个人信贷消费的操作风险,声誉风险以及信用风险的防范以及管理,使得个人信贷消费业务的风险控制能够在可承受的合理范围,以此来提高我国汽车金融公司的竞争力。 | |
| 英文摘要: | According to the China Automobile Industry Association released data show, 2014 China's automobile production and sales again to refresh the world record has six years in a row won first in the world. As the auto finance companies and car manufacturers with the closest professional financial services institutions, will become the automobile financial industry leader in the most advantageous competitor. Auto finance company specific business objectives to make it bear a high credit risk: not only is to pursue the maximization of profit, but also through the personal car loans to promote the terminal sales of vehicles. In this paper, we study how to strengthen the risk management of the auto loan business. First, this paper analyzes the development of the automobile finance company in China, and analyzes the background and the purpose, stability, financial product characteristics, approval efficiency and so on. Secondly, in this paper, the Volvo financial service company as an example, focuses on the risk of personal auto loan, the risk of the borrower's credit risk, the operation risk, and the risk of the relationship between the company and the borrower, and analyzes the reasons and characteristics of the credit risk, operational risk and reputation risk. The last part of the paper analyzes the current laws and regulations and credit environment in our country, the automobile financial companies through the relevant measures to strengthen the credit risk, operational risk, reputation risk and other controllable risk management and prevention, the personal auto loan business credit risk control in a reasonable and affordable range, to improve the market competitiveness of automotive finance companies. | |
