中文摘要：	随着互联网技术的强势发展，我国的产业结构和经济环境发生了很大的变化，很多创业企业利用互联网结合传统 行业进行商业模式创新，而越来越多的传统行业受到了新兴商业模式的冲击，也朝着互联网化、平台化、轻资产化转型。传统二手房中介行业作为房地产行业非常重要的产业链也受到了新兴商业模式的冲击，在这样的背景下笔者及合伙人成立了宅猫公司发展二手房轻中介平台业务，意在打造一个真正的安全、低成本的二手房交易平台。 在项目开发初期没有太多资金支持的情况下，创业团队决定将“精益创业方法论”运用于宅猫轻中介平台的业务开发上，从商业模式的探讨到业务的最终实现的过程通过精益创业思想的贯彻和执行达到资源的充分利用，降低业务的开发风险。 本论文首先阐述了创业、商业模式、平台战略、精益创业等基本概念、发展现状和未来发展方向，然后介绍了宅猫二手房轻中介平台业务的起源，结合行业市场分析和痛点分析，对平台建立的市场空间和未来发展进行了分析。同时结合共享经济的商业模式对平台的商业模式进行了阐述。 其次，基于以上理论及背景及精益创业方法论，通过客户开发实验的方式对平台业务进行验证，并描绘精益画布，厘清平台商业模式，并找到天使用户，进行业务计划及方向调整。在这一期间主要遵循了构建MVP到测量到学习迭代这一精益创业逻辑过程，先进行精益画布描述，并进行关键假设分析，接下来设计MVP并进行关键假设验证，找到天使用户，并基于用户验证的学习进行商业模式和业务模式调整。 最后，通过本文对精益创业方法论在宅猫平台业务开发的应用实践，展示平台整体开发及调整过程，得出精益创业方法论在宅猫平台业务开发过程中的模型及关键贡献，为此领域的后期应用提供有价值的参考依据。
英文摘要：	With the strong development of Internet technology, China’s industrial structure and economic environment have undergone great changes. Many start-ups have introduced business models combining traditional industries with using the Internet. More and more traditional industries have also been impacted by the emerging business models, and they are also facing the transformation by theInternet, platforms and light assets. As a very important link in the real estate industry chain, the traditional intermediary industry of second-hand housing has been impacted by new business models. In this context, the author and the partners set up Zamhome company to develop an intermediary platform business of second-hand housing, which is intended to create a trading platform with real security and a low costs. Without much financial support in the early stage of project development, the entrepreneurial team decided to apply the “Lean Venture Methodology” to the business development side of the House Cat intermediary platform. The idea of the lean venture method is carried out from the business model to the process of the final realization of the business, aiming to achieve the full utilization of resources. This paper first elaborates the basic concepts, development status and future development direction of the entrepreneurship business model, platform strategy and the lean venture aspects. Then it introduces the origin of the light intermediary platform business of the Zamhome second-hand house. Combined with market analysis and pain analysis, the paper analyzes the market space and future development of the platform. Additionally, combined with the business model of the sharing economy, the commercial model of the platform is detailed in the paper. Secondly, based on the above theory, background and lean venture methodology, the paper verifies the business platform through the development and experiments with customers, depicts the lean canvas, clarifies the business platform models, finds angel users, and carries out the business plan and direction adjustment. During this period, it mainly follows the lean venture logic process of building an MVP to the specification and to study the physical process. After the lean canvas is carefully detailed and the key assumptions have been analyzed, the MVP is designed, the key hypothesis is verified and the angel users are found. From there, the commercial model and the business model based on user-validated learning is adjusted. Finally, through the application of lean venture methodology in the development of the Zamhome platform, this paper demonstrates the overall development and adjustment process of the platform, obtains the model and key contributions of lean venture methodology in the development of the platform, and provides a valuable reference for later applications within this field.
