中文摘要：	摘 要 经济全球化迅速发展是20世纪90年代以来世界经济发展的重要特征和发展趋势，它在改变企业生存与发展环境的同时，也促进着企业经营活动的国际化.随着中国加入WTO。企业海外经营权的进一步放开，越来越多的民营企业选择走向国际市场，他们在抓住机遇发展的同时，却不可避免的面临着越来越大的国际风险，然而我国民营企业实力还较弱，国际经验欠缺,企业抗风险能力还很弱,企业的风险意识普遍不够,在这种环境下，讨论民营企业的国际化经营风险管理就显得格外重要。 本文以目前我国民营企业的国际化背景为切入点，回顾整理了国内外专家学者关于民营企业国际化的理论贡献，对民营企业及企业国际化内涵进行了合理的界定，引用了技术地方化理论、技术积累产业升级理论、企业国际化阶段理论、法默-里奇曼模型、Miller的一体化风险管理模型等经典理论作为本文的理论依据。从民营企业国际化发展现状出发，分析其国际化进程中机遇、挑战与比较优势，再从民营企业风险管理现状出发，论证我国民营企业抗国际风险能力还弱及加强国际经营风险防范与管理必要性。基于Miller的一体化风险管理模型，从宏观、行业，企业内部三个维度对民营企业国际化所面临的风险进行识别，对各类风险及其表现进行分析；根据法默-里奇曼模型理论，从东道国、母国及企业内部环境分析风险的成因，探讨基于风险识别的风险防范体系。最后，论文以万向集团国际化经营风险的识别与防范研究为案例，分析了中国民营企业国际化历程,风险识别及防范策略。 风险管理是服务于企业战略的风险管理方法，民营企业不但要建立一整套国际风险管理体系，还应树立风险文化的经营理念，将风险管理的理念、方法等触入到企业文化之中。在风险与收益之间求得平衡，以便不断提高民营企业的国际风险管理水平，提高民营企业的国际竞争力。 关键词：民营企业 企业国际化 一体化风险管理 全面风险管理 风险防范体系
英文摘要：	Abstract Economic globalization is an important characteristics and ongoing trend in the development of world economy since the 1990s. It not only brings about dramatic changes in environment of corporate growth but also facilitates the internationalization of corporate operation, with China's entry into WTO and relaxing of overseas operation management power, more and more private owned enterprises will enter into international market. On one hand, they are inevitably barging up against much more serious international risks , the strength of private owned enterprises in our country are relatively weak, the internationalization experiences are poor, and the risk minds of theses enterprises are basically in low level, under the circumstance, it is very important for private owned enterprises to improve their international risks managements. The thesis searches the theory of private owned enterprises internationalization both domestic and foreign, definitely presents the theory of enterprises internationalization . Summarizes the theory of specific advantage, electic theory of international production, and Miller’s Intergrated Management(IRM) framework, Enterprise risk management theory. as the research foundation, Starting from the private owned enterprises internationalization, the article analyzes the chances , challenges and risks during the internationalization of private owned enterprises. Based on Miller’s Intergrated Management(IRM) framework, the article analyzes the management level of Chinese private owned enterprises, primarily from macroscopic, industry and microcosmic points of view; classifies the international risks of private owned enterprises..Basing on the risks evalution, explores the international risk prevention mechanism for the enterprises. Finally, the articles demonstrates the international course, the international risks of Chinese private owned enterprises and their risks management, based on the case of WAN XIANG company in zhejiang province. Risks management service the enterprises strategy, private owned enterprises should not only set up systematic construction of international risks management, but also have management ideas in their own risks culture. Balancing between risks and benefits, private owned enterprises will improve their management level of international risks and marketing competitiveness.
