| 中文摘要： | 随着全球经济的衰退，制造业回归已经成为不可阻挡的大势。世界各大强 国均 出了具有自身特色的制造业发展战略。而在制造业发展的过程中技术专 利产业化发展带来的关键作用已获得了广泛认可。现阶段国内对专利的政策性、 资本性、标准化的研究已较为深入，但可能受限于技术屏障，针对专利的技术 转化产业化方面的研究还较为缺乏。本文希望通过建立一套具有较强管理逻辑， 并能够综合运用各类管理理论的专利技术转化运营模式，降低转化过程中的技 术壁垒，拉近专利技术与工业产品间的距离。 本文以重兴天工科技有限公司转化完成的开式齿轮与链轮润滑系统为案例。 将整个产业化过程视为一个系统，将专利转化流程中的技术专利分析、需求市 场分析、产品设计、工艺生产、市场营销各环节视为系统中的各个要素，依托 案例中的实际情况 炼各要素自身的问题并给出解决方案。同时在各要素间找 出连接关系，确定可能会影响整体系统目标达成的连接反馈。本文的研究结论 基于实践与理论的结合，相信对于我国的专利技术产业化具有一定的理论与实 践意义。 | |
| 英文摘要： | With the global recession, the return of manufacturing has become an irresistible trend. The world each country have put forward the development strategy of strong manufacturing industry with its own characteristics. In the process of manufacturing development, the key role of industrialization of technology patents has been widely recognized. At this stage, the research on policy, capital and standardization of patents has been more thorough, but it may be limited to technical barriers. The research on technology transformation and industrialization of patents is still lacking. We hope that through the establishment of a strong management logic, and make comprehensive use of various management theories of patent technology transformation and operation mode, to reduce technical barriers in the process of transformation of patent technology and industrial products, to narrow the distance between. This paper takes the lubrication system of open gear and sprocket wheel as a case. The whole process of industrialization as a system, analysis, patent technology transformation in the process of market analysis, product design, production and marketing of each link as each element in the system, relying on the actual situation in the case of refining the elements of own problems and solutions are given. At the same time, find out the connection between the factors and determine the connection feedback that may affect the overall system goal. The research conclusion of this paper is based on the combination of practice and theory. It is believed that it has certain theoretical and practical significance for the industrialization of patent technology in china. | |
