中文摘要：	企业的筹资决策是公司财务管理过程中的关键一环，只有保证稳定充足的资金供应，才能实现企业的健康、可持续发展。在企业筹资过程中，筹资决策影响着企业筹资风险和筹资成本。因此，筹资方式、筹资成本以及企业面临的筹资风险对于企业的经营、投资活动而言都至关重要。 随着我国经济的快速腾飞，专用汽车制造行业所面临的市场竞争的激烈程度变得前所未有的严峻，新的机遇和挑战就摆在我国现有的专用汽车自主品牌制造公司的面前。资金作为企业经营的命脉，谁能筹集到充足的资金，谁的资金成本更低，筹资方式搭配更合理，筹资风险更低，在一定程度上起着决定企业命运的作用。 本文采用案例研究的方法，以ABC专用车辆公司为案例，着重研究其筹资方面存在的问题。ABC专用车辆公司是一家专用车辆制造与销售企业，主要股东为大型国有企业。该公司在我国专用汽车制造行业处于领先地位，并恰逢国家出台相关新政策，专用车辆市场进一步规范，公司拥有着良好的发展机遇。但是，ABC专用车辆公司在筹资问题方面存在着诸多亟待解决的问题，需要探讨和解决。 本文首先阐述了选题的背景和意义，对筹资理论的相关文献进行了阐述，并介绍了主要的筹资方式以及筹资相关的概念。接着介绍了专用汽车制造行业的背景以及ABC专用车辆公司的背景，对ABC专用车辆公司财务的整体状况做出了详细分析，对其现有筹资方式及其高风险、高成本的现状进行阐述。通过公司实例，研究分析了公司筹资方面存在的问题，最后对于存在的问题提出了改进方案。同时得出结论，指出今后需要继续进行学习和研究的方向。
英文摘要：	It is an important part for corporate financial management to making financing decision. In order to achieve the goal of company-developing sustainablely ,ensuring a stable and sufficient funds is top priority. Among them, the financing way will not only affect the financing risk of enterprises will also affect the financing costs of enterprises.It have some significant impacts on business operations and investment activities of the company. With the rapid development of China’s economic,the competition of special automobile manufacturing industry market has become more intense. The specific automobile manufacturers with domestic independent brand are facing some new opportunities and challenges. As the capital is blood of business operations, which company with sufficient funds,with the lowest capital cost,with more reasonable financing way,and with lower risk can become a very successful company. This paper adopts the method of case study, which regards ABC special purpose vehicle company as the research object, and emphatically discusses the issues of financing about the company. ABC special vehicle company is a special vehicle manufacturing and sales enterprises. The main shareholders are large state-owned enterprises.The company has a bright development opportunity because the state introduced a new policy which regulate the special vehicle market. However,there are many problems which exist in the financing aspect of ABC special vehicle companiy and need to be explored and solved as quick as possible. This paper first elaborates the background and significance of the topic, elaborates the relevant literature of the fund-raising theory, and describes the main financing methods. Then it introduces the background of the special automobile manufacturing industry and the background of the ABC special vehicle company, analyzes the overall situation of ABC special vehicle company's finance, and analyzes its existing financing situation in detail. The author analyzes the problems existing the company’s financing by researching the ABC company. And finally puts forward the improvement plan for the problem. At the same time, the paper get a conclude and directions of learning and research needs to be continued in the future.
