| 中文摘要: | BY公司是一家大型的第三方物流公司,经过二十多年的发展,公司逐步由传统单一的运输仓储服务提供商,发展为成熟的第三方物流公司,并作为物流服务供应链上的集成商的角色,逐步在向第四方物流过渡。目前公司的客户多为世界500强企业,如美赞臣,惠氏,宜家,美标等等。为了在激烈的市场竞争中,能不断巩固市场地位,取得更多的竞争优势,必须调整目标和战略,增强核心竞争力。 然而随着BY公司的发展壮大,公司的快速发展和客户不断上升的需求使得提高服务质量的压力越来越大,功能型的定位限制了公司发展,无法满足供应关系。并且很多项目在实际的运作中,运营管理人员感觉困难重重,问题百出。作为物流供应链的核心,运营中出现的大多数问题其实都是下游的功能型供应商的问题,功能型供应商的服务质量决定了BY公司为客户服务的质量。因此建立一套科学有效的供应商选择评价体系和任务分配模型,降低供应商选择的风险,优化资源整合效率和效果,势在必行。 本文首先阐述了第三方物流,物流服务供应链相关理论,总结了国内外供应商评价指标体系选择方法和任务分配的研究现状和不足,结合 BY公司快速发展过程暴露出的诸多问题,分析了产生问题的原因,并基于物流需求方所在行业的物流需求和BY公司自身特点,根据前人的功能型供应商选择和任务分配理论,建立了一套适合BY公司的功能型选择和评价指标体系以及任务量分配模型,并通过美赞臣项目作为试点进行了实际应用,得到了很好的效果。 | |
| 英文摘要: | BY is a large third-party logistics company. With the continuous development of over twenty years, the company is developing into a mature third-party logistics company from a tradition sole service provider of transportation and warehouse storage, step by step. Now it is changing into the fourth-party logistics company as the integrator of the logistics service supply chain. Currently most of the clients of BY are famous companies on the list of Fortune Global 500, such as Nestle, Wyeth, Ikea, and America Standard, etc. In order to strengthen the market position and gain more competition advantage, it is necessary to adjust the goal and strategy, and reinforce the core competitiveness. While along with the development of BY, the rapid development and the constantly rising service demand has made the pressure of enhancing the service quality bigger and bigger. The positioning of functional has limited the development of the company and can’t meet the demand of service supply relationship. And during the operation of many projects, the operation manager feels there are too many difficulties and problems. In fact, as the core of the logistics supply chain, most of the problems occur during operation are the problems of the downstream logistics service providers. The service quality of the functional suppliers decides the service quality that BY provide to the clients. Hence it is very important to build up a set of scientific and efficient supplier evaluation and selection system and the task allocation model, to debate the risk to choose the suppliers, and optimize the efficiency and results of the resource integration. In this paper, it firstly states the related theories about the third-party logistics and the suppliers’ management, especially the choice to the functional suppliers, and then concludes the current status and the dificency of the domestics and overseas studies to the suppliers choosing and evaluating systems and methods. Based on the problems found during the rapid development of BY, the paper analyzes the reasons. Considering the logistics requirements and demand of BY’s clients, as well as BY’s own feature, the paper build up a set of selection and evaluation system of functional suppliers for BY, and after the managers of BY applied it to the Mead John’s project, the KPI of the project for Aug and Sep has been improved sharply, which made the Mead John clients very satisfied. | |
