中文摘要:随着经济全球化的深入发展和技术变革的加速,供应链管理优化及快速响应能力已经成为现今企业显著的竞争优势,供应链管理的组织结构设计及改进已成为企业新的竞争力。任何组织的经营管理活动都离不开与其周围环境变化的联系,制造业在快速发展的同时,也面临着来自商务环境动态化、顾客需求多样化、市场竞争白热化的巨大挑战,这些都对企业供应链管理的组织结构提出了更高的要求,要求其适应能力更高、柔性更强、快速响应能力更佳,如今企业间的竞争已经悄然转变成为了供应链之间的竞争。因此,供应链管理的组织结构稳定和发展关系到企业竞争力的强弱,至关重要。 通过研究发现,检索到的文献集中在对传统组织结构的讨论,鉴于此,讨论满足新的市场环境下供应链管理的组织结构就显得更为有必要。本文的特点在于以G公司的实际案例与经典理论相结合,对供应链管理的组织结构改进问题进行了研究。 本文通过对组织结构、供应链管理及供应链管理的组织特征等理论的回顾,结合达夫特的组织理论框架和供应链管理的相关知识,以G公司供应链管理的组织结构改进的实际案例为例,对其进行分析研究。G公司作为一家意大利软包装行业的跨国公司,其主要产品是无菌包装袋、单向排气阀、喷嘴及灌装包装设备等,其全球化扩张已历经了几十年。随着公司规模及业务量的不断扩大,为满足全球各区域不同客户的需求及全球化战略的实现,目前已有的组织结构越来越无法对环境变化及客户差异化的需求做出快速响应。本文在对G公司供应链管理的组织结构改进梳理的过程中,分析G公司当前组织结构在新的市场环境下存在的问题,运用案例分析、实证分析的方法,研究供应链管理的组织结构对公司的运作和战略决策产生的影响。文章的最后,为提升G公司在供应链管理中的竞争力提出了供应链管理的组织结构改进策略及实施保障方案,希望它能为其它软包装企业或其它制造型企业在组织结构的改进实践中提供借鉴。  
英文摘要:With the further development of economic globalization and the acceleration of technological change, supply chain management optimization and rapid response ability in modern enterprises has become a significant competitive advantage, the organization structure design and improvement of supply chain management has become a new competitiveness. Any organization management activities are inseparable from the changes in its environment, at the same time of rapid development, manufacturing is facing form the dynamic business environment , customer demand diversification, the great challenge of market competition heats up, the supply chain management of the enterprise organization structure is put forward higher request, for the sake of their ability to adapt higher, more flexible and better ability of fast response, nowadays the competition between supply chains. Therefore, the organizational structure stability and development of supply chain management are important to the competitiveness of enterprises. Through the study found that the retrieved literature focused on the discussion of the traditional organizational structure, in view of this, discuss to meet the new market environment of supply chain management organization structure is all the more necessary. This paper is characterized by the combination of the actual case of G company and the classical theory, and the research on the improvement of the organizational structure of the supply chain management. Base on the organization structure, the organization of supply chain management and supply chain management features such as a review of the theory, combined with Damien duff, framework of organization theory and the related knowledge of supply chain management, G company organization structure of supply chain management to improve the actual case as an example, to analyze its research. G company as an Italian flexible packaging industry multinational company, its main product is sterile packaging, one-way valve, nozzle and filling packaging equipment, etc., the expansion of globalization have decades of experience. With the expansion of the company size and business, in order to meet the needs of different customers in each region of the global and the realization of the globalization strategy, the existing organizational structure is more and more can’t make rapid response differentiation to the customer’s demand. Based on the organization structure of supply chain management of G company improve carding process, the analysis of G company’s current organizational structure problems in the new market environment, using the method of case analysis, empirical analysis, studies the supply chain management organization structure for the company’s operation and the impact of strategic decisions. At the end of this paper, in order to promote G company competitive force in the supply chain management puts forward the structure of supply chain management improvement strategy and implementation of security solutions, hope it can provide references for flexible packaging enterprises or other enterprises in practice.
