中文摘要：	随着科学技术的发展，知识在经济活动中扮演着越来越重要的角色，社会经济形态已开始由工业经济逐步进入知识经济时代。知识经济的到来也对企业的项目管理带来了新的挑战，如何加强项目后评估中的知识管理工作是亟待研究的一个问题。本文在前人研究基础上，基于项目的组织过程资产，从知识管理的视角，分析了组织过程资产与项目后评估之间的互动关系，构建了基于知识管理的项目后评估模型。论文的主要研究结论与创新点体现在以下几个方面。 本文的研究结论，主要体现在以下两个方面： 首先，基于知识管理的项目后评估可以对项目经验、教训的积累、持续更新并进行复用提供方法保证。本文提出的基于知识管理的项目后评估模型，将组织过程资产作为后评估内容的一部分，采用知识管理方法对项目中产生的信息、数据进行获取、存储，可以保证这些经验、教训等知识不被流失，进而把这些新产生的知识纳入组织过程资产，并上升为模板，从而实现知识学习、共享、再创新、复用的不断循环。 第二，知识管理在项目后评估中的应用对于提升项目后评估工作成效具有重要作用。本文提出的基于知识管理的项目后评估，从机制和方法两方面保证了组织过程资产的完善与更新。组织过程资产对项目后评估起着评估依据和智力支持的作用。所以，本文提出的基于知识管理的项目后评估通过对组织过程资产的更新、完善，对项目后评估提供支持与保证。 本论文的理论价值和创新之处主要在于： 首先，本文在分析组织过程资产与项目后评估关系的基础上，把组织过程资产纳入项目后评估过程，扩大了项目后评估范围。 其次，本文将知识管理方法运用到项目后评估领域，探讨了知识管理方法在组织过程资产后评估中的应用，从方法上分析了组织过程资产的更新、完善。 本论文共分为六章。第一章为绪论，据背景提出研究问题，概括论文整体结构安排。第二章为文献综述，对相关理论进行分析、总结，并归纳出本文的研究方向。第三章针对研究问题与内容，分析其独特性，提出基于知识管理的项目后评估模型。第四章在提出模型之后，对该模型的运行进行分析。分析在该模型下，项目后评估方法的实施，分析该模型运行所需的组织结构、组织文化和技术等支持条件。第五章结合案例，验证本文提出的理论模型。第六章对整体研究进行总结和展望。对本研究的结论和发现进行总结，并找出存在的不足和进一步的研究方向。
英文摘要：	With the development of science and technology, knowledge has been playing an increasingly important role in the economic activities. The socio-economic pattern has begun to transform gradually from industrial economy into the era of knowledge economy. The arrival of the knowledge-based economy has brought new challenges to project management. How to strengthen the work of knowledge management in the post-project evaluation is an issue of urgent research. Based on the previous studies, this paper builds a model of the study of post-project evaluation on the basis of knowledge management, and analyzes the interaction between organizational process assets and post-project evaluation. The main conclusion and innovation of this paper is reflected in the following areas. The conclusions of the paper mainly contain the following two aspects: Firstly speaking, post-project evaluation on the basis of knowledge management guarantee experience form the project increasing as a template, updating continuously and being reused. On the basis of knowledge management, this approach can guarantee experiences and lessons from project will not be lost. The second, post-project evaluation on the basis of knowledge management plays an important role in upgrading the effectiveness of post-project evaluation. By strengthening the management of organizational process assets, this method can improve the outcome of post-project evaluation. The theoretical value and innovation of this paper is mainly contains the following two aspects: One hand, in this paper, organizational process assets will be taken as content of post-project evaluation. This is expansion of the scope post-project evaluation. To some certain of degree, it is innovation of the theory of post-project evaluation. On the basis of knowledge management, this approach can make sure experiences and lessons from project will saved. On the other hand, this paper makes use of knowledge management in the field of organizational process assets. To some extent, this is innovation of the usage of knowledge management. This paper is divided into six chapters totally. The first chapter is introduction. According to background, the author raises the research questions, sums up the overall structure and arrangements of this study paper. On the basis of analysis relevant theory and research in this field, the second chapter point out the direction of the research. The third chapter analyses the uniqueness of this study, and then bring forward the model of the study of post-project evaluation on the basis of knowledge management. After brought out of the model, the fourth chapter analyses this model. The content of analyses is how to use the method of knowledge management and what conditions will be needed to use this model. The last chapter is summary the full text of the study, and find out the shortcoming and the further direction of this study.
