中文摘要:随着能源及环境问题的日益突出,社会大众呼吁建造绿色星球,汽车行业会迎来一场意义深远的变革。虽然M公司仍然处于发展快车道上,但是当前汽车行业的技术变革,已经对当前M公司产生巨大影响,为应对这种挑战,M公司亟需进行系统性的战略研究,识别外部环境的机会和威胁,剖析内部环境的优势和劣势,制定符合公司实际,能够有效提高公司竞争优势的战略,实现新的突破。 ??? 本文对M公司汽车行业的深入研究,根据相关的理论分析,用战略的眼光寻找新的领域,目光锁定到商用空调行业,其次,根据产业细分的相关知识,以及结合M企业的当前业务,聚焦到空调换芯体行业,同时推演空调换热芯体产业演变趋势,最后通过特定的筛选标准,锁定目标客户,进而制定公司商用空调换热芯体业务竞争战略,分析内外部资源,构建聚焦差异化的价值链,打造M公司商用空调换热芯体的核心竞争力,充分利用其核心竞争力杠杆作用,构筑难以复制的竞争优势。商用空调换热芯体竞争战略的实施为公司有效突破当前阶段所面临的发展瓶颈,进一步塑造核心竞争力,提升发展和经济效益的提供必要保障。 本文综合相关数据、应用文献、调查等方法,对研究对象进行系统性的分析研究,希望能对M公司管理层的战略决策起到积极的参考作用。 
英文摘要:With the growing energy and environmental problems, The automotive industry will usher a far-reaching revolution. Although M Company is under rapid development, the technological changes in the automotive industry have had a huge impact on M Company. In order to meet this challenge, M Company needs urgently to carry out systematic strategic research, indentify opportunities and threats from external environment, analyze the advantages and disadvantages from internal environment, and develop practical strategy that can improve the competitive edge of the company, so as to make new breakthrough. This thesis deeply studies the automotive industry of M Company, and search for new areas with strategic vision according to relevant theoretical analysis, and finaly centers on the commercial air-conditioning industry. Then, according to the relevant knowledge of industry segments, attention is focused on the industry of heat exchanger cores for air-conditioning. And finally, this thesis deduces the trend of the industry and finally locks the target customers, develops competitive strategy for commercial air-conditioning business, analyzes the internal and external resources to create the core competitiveness of heat exchangers cores for air-conditioning, so as to provide necessary safeguard to effectively break through the current bottlenecks, furtherly shape the core competitiveness and enhance the development and economic benefits. This thesis systematically analyzes and researches the objects with related data, application literature and investigation methods, hoping to provide some positive reference to the management of M Company when making strategy decisions.
