| 中文摘要: | 在我国大力促进内需、鼓励消费的背景下,经济的迅速发展以及人们消费观念的改变,信用卡以其便捷安全的特点越来越受到广大客户的青睐,作为信用卡最强大功能的分期付款业务,在个人消费贷款领域的发展越来越突出。为各大商业银行吸引粘连客户的同时也发展成为商业银行中间业务收入的重要增长点。伴随着信用卡业务的蓬勃发展,人们分期付款消费持续升温,其消费领域已不再局限于传统领域,现已覆盖了购物、装修、健身、培训、车位、旅游、购车甚至是医疗市场,信用卡消费分期业务作为分期付款中重要的组成部分,其市场规模在不断扩大。信用卡消费分期业务的确具有很大的发展前景,各大商业银行都纷纷对其加大重视,期望进一步扩大信用卡消费分期业务的市场规模。信用卡消费分期业务尽管很早就面向市场和客户,并且广大持卡人对业务已经有一定的熟知度,但市场份额整体占比不高,加之当前各商业银行消费分期业务拥有同质化水平较高的情况,对其业务进行优化就显得尤为重要。 本文以中国工商银行股份有限公司天津分行银行卡中心为研究对象,运用流程再造相关理论、金融创新理论、市场营销相关理论以及SWOT分析理论深入研究信用卡消费分期业务所处环境、发展现状以及存在的问题,着重围绕申请流程、系统平台和市场推广等方面对其提出业务优化策略,同时对信用卡消费分期业务优化策略及其实施和保障措施加以研究,旨在打造具有工行特色的信用卡消费分期产品,为客户带来更多的便利和更好的体验,使其在信用卡消费分期市场具有更强的竞争力,使得企业实现更大的经济效益和社会影响力。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In our country made a great effort to promote domestic demand and encourage consumption. Under above circumstances, credit card with its convenient and safe characters has become more and more with customers. The installment payment, as the most powerful function of credit card, turns into more and more prominent in the field of personal consumption. It is also an important growth point for commercial banks to attract customers. Installment payment along with the vigorous development of the credit card business, accelerates consumption in this way continued to heat up. The consumption by installment payment is no longer limited to traditional fields, covering the shopping, decoration, fitness, training, car, travel, and even medical market. It is worth noting that expenditure expends rapidly. Visibly, this new consumption manner indeed has great prospects for development in stages, therefore each major commercial banks take to credit card installment business more seriously and expect to grab more market share. In this thesis, the author takes the industrial and Commercial Bank of China co., LTD. Tianjin branch bank card center for research object. Firstly, the author further analysis the environment installment, status and existing problem of expenditure installment through BPS. Secondly author putts forward optimized strategy and safety construction for installment. Last but not least, author create installment products with ICBC`s feature. The payer aimed to prevised customers with better services, reinforce the ICBC`s competence with market, and expend efficiency and influence of ICBC. | |
