| 中文摘要: | 现如今国民整体素质和意识水平都有了很大程度的提升,健康成为了国民日常关注的重点。国民在关注丰富的物质生活和精神生活外,对自身的健康也有了越来越高的重视。为了能够更好地服务于国民,现代医药行业不断研发新的药品,从而更好地达到治疗和保健的目的。现代药品大多不会对人的身体产生较大副作用,不易出现耐药性和药源性疾病,所以很多医药企业开始进一步扩大自身发展规模,加大了药品生产的投入。而随着医药行业的发展,各制药企业之间的竞争也日渐突出。M公司是全球最大的制药厂之一,经过了多年的努力发展与拼搏后形成了一定的规模,在医药市场上也占据着非常重要的地位。 M制药有限公司主要业务包括药品的生产、加工、包装和销售,产品类型包括制剂产品、保健产品等多个品种。M公司自1990年成立以来,经过近三十年的发展形成了较为完善的体系,企业主要包括软膏、片剂、胶囊三种,每年可产出大约23亿片药品,公司在2008年还进攻到口腔用品领域,拓展了经营范围。此外,M公司特意针对中国消费者情况展开了医药产品的研究,从而更好地服务于中国消费者,也促使企业获得更好的发展。 本文共分为五个部分展开研究。第一部分主要提出了本文研究的目的,分析了当前关于制药公司发展的背景,本文说明了文章的研究方法和内容。文章第二部分就本文相关的理论基础进行了总结说明,主要阐述了战略、战略管理、战略管理的发展、战略关系的分析方面的理论基础,并且就竞争战略理论做出了简单的介绍。文章第三部分分析了M制药有限公司发展的发展现状以及内部管理现状。在介绍公司的基本情况的基础上,就内部销售情况、公司文化进行了分析,并且评价了企业内部环境。本章还从经济环境、医药企业发展情况、人口环境、从业人员情况、医药企业研发情况等宏观环境进行了分析,探讨了行业环境现状。文章第四部分利用swot分析法分析了M制药有限公司的发展情况,并且确定了发展战略目标和战略选择。文章第五部分提出了M制药有限公司战略实施方法和保障措施,重点从品牌、企业文化、信息系统、组织结构等多方面进行了阐述。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Today, the overall quality and consciousness of the people have been greatly improved, and health has become the focus of attention of the national daily. The people pay more and more attention to their health as well as their rich material life and spiritual life. In order to better serve the people, the modern pharmaceutical industry continues to develop new drugs, so as to better achieve the purpose of treatment and health care. Modern drugs are not on the human body have a greater side effects, drug resistance fabric and drug-induced disease, so many pharmaceutical companies to further expand its scale of development, increase the investment in pharmaceutical production. With the development of the pharmaceutical industry, competition among the pharmaceutical enterprises has become increasingly prominent. M company is one of the largest pharmaceutical factories in the world. After years of hard work and development, it has formed a certain scale, and also occupies a very important position in the pharmaceutical market. M Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. mainly engaged in the production, processing, packaging and sale of pharmaceuticals. The types of products include preparations, products, health care products and so on. M company since its establishment in 1990, after nearly thirty years of development has formed a relatively perfect system of enterprises mainly include creams, tablets and capsules three, the annual output of about 2 billion 300 million tablets, in 2008 the company also supplies attack into the cavity field, expand the scope of business. In addition, M has launched a study of pharmaceutical products specifically for Chinese consumers to better serve Chinese consumers and promote better development. This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part mainly puts forward the purpose of this study, analyzes the current background of the company as long as the development of domestic and foreign research, so as to lay the theoretical foundation for the later. This paper explains the research methods and contents of the article. The second part of this paper summarizes the related basic theory, mainly expounds the strategy, strategic management, strategic management, development strategy analysis of the relationship between the theory and the theory of competitive strategy to make a simple introduction. The third part of the article analyzes the development of M Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and the status quo of its internal management. On the basis of introducing the basic situation of the company, the author analyzes the internal sales situation and company culture, and evaluates the internal environment of the company. This chapter also analyzes the macro environment such as the economic environment, the development of pharmaceutical enterprises, the population environment, the employees and the R & D status of pharmaceutical enterprises, and probes into the current situation of the industry environment. The fourth part of this article analyzes the development of M Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. by using SWOT analysis method, and determines the development strategy, target and strategic choice. The fifth part of the article puts forward the strategy and guarantee measures of M Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., focusing on the aspects of brand, enterprise culture, information system and organization structure. | |
