| 中文摘要: | 摘要全球经济一体化高速发展,国际合作的规模和速度持续增长,不断地改变着人类的生存方式。中国作为最大的发展中国家,经济发展迅猛,资源储备充足,市场潜力巨大,早已成为了世界经济的核心,在国际合作与竞争中发挥着举足轻重的作用。中国不断调整对外政策,实施“引进来、走出去”和“一带一路”战略,大力吸引海外投资和优秀专家人才。随着越来越多的外籍人员来到中国工作和生活,为其提供高品质的就业服务越来越受到社会的广泛关注。因此,探析研究外籍人员就业服务的现状和存在的问题就变得尤为重要。 BL公司成立于1996年,是一家专门从事外籍人员在华安居、签证及国际货运等就业服务的多元化咨询服务公司。全球服务网络遍布170多个国家,在中国服务近260个城市。BL公司为客户提供24小时不限区域的一对一服务,并有专业的律师团队全程监管业务进度。同时,BL公司引进了全球先进的移民管理系统,高效管理和控制流程。加之严格的数据保护体系,保证了客户资料的安全。作为行业的领先者,BL公司一直享有盛誉并力争为客户提供高品质的就业服务。但是,通过客户满意度调查和定期的客户回访,就业服务中遇到的问题不断的显现出来,需要得到重视与改进。 本文针对发现的问题展开研究,提出了相应的改进对策,旨在优化操作流程,提升服务质量,包括:强化政策和流程解读;加强对在华外籍人员任期内的服务管理;创新与应用新型技术,通过技术提高服务。最后本文对研究进行总结,并进行了展望,希望本文的研究可以为同行业者提供参考,为完善我国外籍人员就业管理做出贡献。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract Nowadays, the integration of global economy is developing very fast, while the scale and speed of international cooperation and competition continuously increase among the countries, which constantly changes human’s life. China is the largest developing country in the world. With its rapid development of economy, adequate reserves of resources and huge potentials of market, China has already become the core of global economy and plays a pivotal role in the international cooperation and competition. Meanwhile, the Chinese Government is adjusting the foreign policies and implementing a number of strategies successively, including the ‘Bring-in & Go Globally’ Strategy and ‘One Belt and One Road’ Strategy, aiming to attract overseas investment and outstanding person into China. With the increasing number of expatriates working and staying in China, the whole community should work hard and diligently to provide high quality of employment services to those people. Hence, it’s very critical to analyze the current service level and find out the issues we may have. Founded in 1996, BL Global is a diversified consulting services company providing relocation, immigration and moving services to the clients. BL Global serves more than 170 countries around the world and almost 260 cities in China. There’re many advantages of BL Global’s services, such as ‘24 hours x 365 days’ & one on one services regardless the locations providing to our clients; professional attorneys minoring the process from beginning to end; an advanced global immigration management system utilized in the daily operation as well as the stringent data protection system to ensure the safety of client’s information. As the leader in the immigration industry, BL Global has a high reputation and always strives to provide high quality of employment services externally. However, based on the feedback of customer satisfaction surveys and regular customer return visits, the author found some issues which should be given attention and improved accordingly. In this thesis, the author analyzes the existing issues and points out the strategies to optimize the operation procedures and improve the service level. The strategies are including: strengthening the interpretation of policy and process for China; strengthening the management of expatriates during their assignment in China; leveraging technology to work smarter. Finally, the thesis summarizes the research and the further development is prospected. The author hopes that the thesis can provide related references for other companies in the immigration sphere and make contributions to prefect the management of expatriates’ working and living in China. | |
