| 中文摘要: | 在由零部件供应商、物流服务商、汽车整车厂组成的汽车零部件供应链中,整车厂作为供应链的核心企业,需要根据市场环境的不断变化和自身的经营状况的不同情况,适时调整物流策略,以提高企业物流管理水平,降低企业物流成本。B品牌H分公司由于延续7年前B品牌汽车刚成立时的物流策略,导致库存资金占用较高、第三方物流服务费金额巨大、物流包装成本高,最终结果就是整车的单台制造费用没有竞争力,运营成本居高不下,针对此情况,开展行之有效的物流成本优化已是势在必行,本文的目的就是试图通过物流管理工作的实践来研究和分析如何优化企业的物流成本。 本文应用调查法、观察法、业务流程分析等研究方法,对B汽车品牌H分公司现状进行调查,深入了解企业的管理体系,运用网络和图书资料,结合物流管理理论知识和作者本人的工作实践将B汽车品牌H分公司零部件仓储、配送、第三方物流管理、物料结算点设置以及物流包装策略等成本优化工作归纳总结成文。本文首先介绍了H分公司的物流管理流程和物流成本现状调查,分析了物流成本存在的问题,包括库存资金占用高、第三方物流服务费高、物流库房层级冗余和包装成本高等,这些问题的存在影响了H分公司制造费用的降低,继而又分析了物流成本优化工作的制约因素;针对这些问题在库存资金占用、3PL仓储服务费、库房层级、物流包装成本等方面提出了优化目标;接着详细阐述了H分公司在物流成本优化方面的方案设计与实施,该部分也是本文的重点;最后,对本文的研究工作进行了总结和展望。 本文通过B品牌H分公司物流成本优化项目的实践,得出这样的结论:汽车制造企业通过物料结算点优化、在第三方物流管理推行VMI、减少物流库房层级优化、调整物流包装策略等物流成本优化工作可以降低库存、减少资金占用,规避企业经营风险。本结论可供B品牌汽车集团现有生产基地和后期新的生产基地投产时进行参考,降低企业物流成本,增加B集团自主品牌产品的边际贡献,使产品以更低的成本参与自主品牌市场的竞争;同时国内其它自主品牌车企也可以根据自身实际情况进行参考,借鉴本研究成果制定适合不同经营条件下的物流成本策略,以点带面,将此研究成果推广至采购物流和整车物流领域,从而带来我国汽车制造业整体物流成本的降低。 | |
| 英文摘要: | By the parts suppliers, logistics providers, automobile spare parts supply chain of automobile oems, oems as the core of supply chain enterprise, need according to the changing market environment and their own operating conditions of the different situations, timely adjust logistics strategy, in order to improve the level of enterprise logistics management, reduce logistics cost. B brand B H branch due to the continuation of 7 years ago when the car has just set up logistics strategy, lead to higher inventory capital takes up, third party logistics service charge amount is large and high cost of logistics packaging, the end result is the single vehicle manufacturing cost is not competitive, high operating costs, aiming at this situation, it is necessary that the carry out effective logistics cost optimization, the purpose of this article is trying to through the practice of logistics management to research and analyze how to optimize the enterprise logistics。 This article first introduces the H branch of the logistics management process and the status quo of the logistics cost, analyzes the problems existing in the logistics cost, including inventory capital takes up high, the third party logistics service, logistics, inventory level redundancy and packing cost is higher, the existence of these problems influenced H branch of manufacturing cost is reduced, and then analyze the restricting factors of logistics cost optimization work; Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward the optimization goals in the aspects of inventory capital occupation, 3PL storage service charge, inventory level and logistics packaging cost. Then elaborated the plan design and implementation of H branch in logistics cost optimization, which is also the focus of this paper. Finally, the paper summarizes and prospected the research work. In this article, through brand B H branch logistics cost optimization of project practice, draw the conclusion that automobile manufacturing enterprise through the material settlement points optimization, in the third party logistics management to implement VMI, reducing inventory level optimization and adjustment of logistics packaging strategy and so on logistics cost optimization work can reduce inventory, reduce capital takes up, avoid business risk. This conclusion can B brand automobile group existing production base and later a new production base and put into production for reference, to reduce the logistics cost, increase the B group contribution margin of own-brand products, make the product at a lower cost of independent brand market competition; Domestic independent brand of other car companies can also according to their own actual situation for reference and draw lessons from the research results for different operating conditions of logistics cost strategy, to point with surface, will this inquiry | |
