中文摘要：	当前的资本市场风起云涌，优秀企业的发展离不开融资。如何融资是从企业创立之初到企业成长的每一个阶段都会去思考的问题。很多互联网企业的发展就是凭借着巨额融资，一步步成长为行业龙头，比如百度、阿里巴巴、腾讯。 本文从融资理论入手，简要介绍了国内外融资理论的发展情况，并结合实际，以我国第一家上市的视频公司乐视网公司为案例，全面回顾了乐视网公司的融资历程，剖析了乐视网公司融资面临的现状，深入分析了乐视网公司资金危机出现的原因：一是战略扩张过快，融资缺乏长远规划；二是盈利能力不强，内源融资不足；三是缺乏对融资的重视，公司没有专门的融资部门；四是融资风险大，大股东频繁进行股权质押。 通过分析资金危机的原因，结合乐视网公司的发展，本文分别根据乐视网公司的短期融资需求和长期融资需求，给出了不同的融资安排，为乐视网公司短期和中远期发展建言献策。 最后，本文为乐视网公司未来提高融资能力提出了以下建议：一是提高盈利能力，强化内源融资；二是成立融资部门，科学制定融资规划；三是跟踪融资状况，做好融资绩效考核；四是创新融资方式，优化融资结构。融资是每一个公司都会遇到的问题，本文通过对乐视网公司的融资进行案例分析，希望对其他公司未来的融资决策产生一定的帮助。
英文摘要：	The current capital market is surging, and the development of excellent enterprises cannot live without financing. The question, how to finance, is going through the life of the enterprise at every stage. Many Internet companies benefit from huge financing, such as Baidu, Alibaba, Tencent. With the strong finance backup, they grow into the industry leader, step by step. This article starts with the financing theory and then briefly introduces the development of domestic and international financing theory. Based on the actual situation, this paper takes Leshi Internet Information and Technology Corp. (simplified as Letv), the first listed video company in China, as a case. In addition, this paper addresses a comprehensive review of the financing process of Letv and analyzes the current situation Letv faces. Furthermore, we analyzed the reasons for the Letv funds crisis. Firstly, the irrational strategic expansion and lack of long-term planning is the initial cause of the crisis. Secondly, Letv has very low profitability and does not have strong internal support, Moreover, without adequate attention to financing; Letv is not equipped with sophisticated financing team. Lastly, the company’s financing method carries too many risks, like pledge of stock right of major shareholders. By analyzing the causes of the financial crisis, combined with the development of Letv, this paper proposes different suggestions for Letv short-term and long-term development suggestions. These suggestions are based on Letv company's short-term and long-term financing needs. Finally, this paper puts forward the following advice for Letv company in the future to improve the financing capacity: first, improving the profitability and strengthening the internal financing; second, setting up own financing departments and planning the development of financing scientifically; third, tracking the financing situation and applying financing performance appraisal; fourth, innovative financing methods and optimizing the financing structure. Financing is a problem that every company will encounter with. This paper analyzes the financing of Letv, hoping to help other companies in the financing decisions in the future.
